theres different types of ocd (im not super knowledgeable on it, but i do know people do it differently) theres people who want things where everything is symmetrical (the gloves), do the same schedule as often and as much as possible, do one thing before a certain thing like tapping your wrist before opening a door, etc. we dunno what engie does
A little thing I noticed was that for each of the Mercs (that we see) they have a distinct and strangely fitting way of writing their name. Spy has fancy, loopy, cursive. Engie has blocky, practical writing. Scout's is a bit wonky and it goes off the line. Medic has relatively normal handwriting. And Sniper has slightly leaning letters, _like this_

As Someone which struggles with ADHD, I can say that Scout's diagnosis is quite accurate. I personally can't stay still without moving my legs or scratch parts of my body. Plus, I left school because I couldn't focus

well, he just kinda... shrugs it off. And yes, even if you’re a medical professional, self diagnosis is a bad idea (unless it’s something self diagnosable) but you should see somebody about it if you’re seeing stuff
Medic didn't realize that Demoman's liver is so used to him being drunk that it now lives off of alcohol and it is actually perfectly fine despite being the most unusual liver known to man.

It's amazing how medic is one of the smartest tf2 characters but the craziest Example: he literally tricked the devil and cheated death because he stole his teammates souls. Example: he placed the consciousness of a burglar into a pumpkin.

Sniper: Infection of urinary tract( He piss too much ) Soldier: Vietnam syndrome ( Post-traumatic syndrome, always thinks of a war ) Medic: Megalomania - thinks that he is the best, the most valuable, he has a lot of power. Sadomasochism - he gets pleasure ( is happy ) when inflicting pain and humiliating. Sociopathy - he is too cruel, makes things that society would describe as unacceptable and fearsome.
