The 'Meditate with Me' series from Elizabeth Hancock with Beyond You Coaching serve as a spiritual aid for all meditators and truth seekers.
Beginner meditators can use these videos as motivation and inspiration.
Intermediate meditators will find these videos as a wonderful focus aid and offer strength in community.
