Meditation balls are also known as Baoding balls. They're a nice tool to add to your desktop environment for clearing your mind. I've been using mine for a little more than a week at this point, and I find it very relaxing.
I definitely recommend picking up a pair.

I saw Ace Ventura in the mental hospital version. I like your honesty, and happiness - the purity of it is that of a child who is in the process of eating ice cream. Your channel is so Zen. Almost nobody in here. I was laughing - it's positive, right? Thank you.

This was great I got these for free from my bf and I opened it and I just knew it was probably some technique for them and i got into it because I realized I could only rotate them one direction and it got me going so i ended up here and I’m kinda getting the hang of it cool video btw

That's a good point you made about not dropping them on the floor. I dropped one when I attempted to use my left hand (non dominant hand) and thought I broke it but you just clarified one is supposed to be a lower tone!
