Hans Schmidt, M.D., is the Chief of Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Schmidt has been a pioneer of minimally invasive weight-loss surgery in the state of New Jersey. He practices with Advanced Laparoscopic Associates (ALA) and his primary office is located in Paramus with several satellite offices throughout northern NJ.
