LEGO underestimates how much kids love animals. Growing up in the early 2000’s it was nearly impossible to make a propper zoo. I would loooove to see a LEGO City Zoo line with expansions for a very large set with lions and elephants
I really like the Great White being brought back but the only downside to it, is the return of the angry like eyebrows that the original Great White from the City set lacked, giving a more realistic look.
I'm suprised many of these animals have never been seen in a set before, because these models are amazing! I hope they will eventually make more variants and new creatures to liven up the lego animal kingdom!
All the new molds seem lovely! The Arctic sets really awaken some old memories for some reason, most likely because my first city set was an arctic one.
Dude as some one who has all the Lego Arctic 2014 and 2018 sets I can’t wait to get my hands on the arctic sets Edit: I did find the small snowmobile early in store so naw I just need the mobile base and the ship
well I really want some brown and black bear cubs, so that is my favorite thing there. but got to say that Orca is a lovely piece, and glad to see atleast partially can get a mini in its mouth... going to have to wait for a brick link order for that one though. Would love to see a licensed "Free Willy" set, that move was better than I remembered (as a kid we made fun of it) but recently I cried like 3 times watching it some sad tears, some of pure joy.
Really amazing how lego makes new animal molds. I'm definitely picking up the explorer ship: don't know yet where to put it, but it's just a massive ship with a brand new orca mold.. amazing!
I used to always pick up small Lego city sets at target for the occasional cool looking octopus or fish. I tried collecting all the sharks but could never get my hands on the sword fish. Looking at that great whites makes me want to relive it. This video was a nice little trip down memory lane.
@@rexyjp1237 fair, but that is in the minidoll style of animals, so it doesn't actually look like one. I mean a capybara like the animals made for minifigure-based themes
I've got a whole collection of them, too. I was so pumped for the farm ones last year and am still hoping they do some more! My favorite thing has been tracking down all of the city-style dog variants (just missing the new color of french bulldog, at this point).
oh to be an animal living in lego city. Love these so much. The tiny animal sets I always pick up, even though I never actually collect city, I love me some cute animals
I LOVE that new orca piece! Really loved those animals as a kid. Now tho they're quite terrifying Always loved the lego animals including the dinos and mythical and movie ones too
i like that they went back to shape over connection with the polar bears i really dont like the big feet on little animals just for the stud connection
I wish these sets were available a few years back when I was huge into Lego! I used to go absolutely feral for lego animals, especially marine animals! I still have a whole shelf of lego Jurassic World Dinosaurs. Perhaps I should start adding regular animals to my shelf.
THE SEALS!!!! AAAAAAAAAAA I've been attempting to collect at least one of nearly every Lego animal and these are going to be perfect additions to my menagerie.
These animals are great!, but Cheesy there’s something I noticed, something interesting, when putting the figure in the 2008 shark mold the figure had the classic 2008 screaming face!, awesome and very subtle detail! Love to see it, These sets are cool but very expensive, have a great day!.
@@CheeseyStudios they really don’t!, but weirdly enough, back in 2016 they DID update a lot of those old city faces, ether way what is YOUR favourite Lego face? Mine is the one with brown eyebrows, subtle smile and cheekbones.
Aawh duude!😮 I think I might get this one 3:34 all though this boat is also sick 5:12 tough choices!🤔they do be expensive tho Also, we all love bear stacking😅
The only think I woudl add to this sets are those "Sea animals packs" that were in friendsand now its also in monkey kid. It would be a cheap way to make these sets even more fun
Great video! I feel like animal stacking needs to be something every lego animal can do! Also, I hope you're doing well, you sound a little under the weather.
How apropos. We just brought home a baby turtle today 🐢. It’s like 3.5” in diameter. Maybe needs a LEGO minecraft world to live in along with plastic turtle friens lol
I remember it being 2016, star wars Krennic's shuttle just came out. I begged my parents for it. Eventually i did get it. It was a huge model spaceship, giant wings and chasis covered in black tile. All the expected gimmicks like drop bombs and stud launchers. And then it came with a k2s0 security droid, a pilot, two Rebels, and Krennic himself, with a relatively rare silver blaster and soft fabric cape. That set was 70 US dollars in 2016. I cannot FATHOM asking for that little submarine build, with substantially less features, for 100 dollars. i know its not entirely their fault for the pricing, but LEGO is insane about that
For the next thing, I want them to do these animals: Rhino, Hippo, Giraffe, Hyena, and Zebra. To me, these animals that I am thinking of deserve to be brought into the lego series.
All great picks! I am personally hoping for a raccoon, fox, and a llama. They exist as Series Fig costumes, so they really should exist as city animals.
Man Im usually fan of the more-niche LEGO brands like StarWars and / or Marvel, but having grown up with LEGO City, Pirates and Ninjago, I can't help but find the 2023 summer arctic explorer sets incredible. For me, the mobile lab / snowtruck, the submarine and the ship take the prize! Love the hammerhead shark, the manta, the bears, and especially the orca!
I’ve wanted a great white for many years now and really like the look of that new submarine so I think I’m gonna spend my stash of vip points and get myself a large discount
@@CheeseyStudios Yes, please! I'm so happy we got baby sheep, baby pigs, baby horses, baby cows, baby dogs & cats, baby lions, and now baby sea turtles & baby seals & baby polar bears; but where are the baby goats?!?!
