When you feel this 'peaceful' feeling (just In General) you'll Know, believe me, just Don't second guess yourself when you feel it!! After that, try again the spirit guide meditation & see if you're more receptive, bc I bet your guides want to talk to you, that's why you're probably being drawn to do this. I saw my kids mum's child she lost a year before she met me. He was with my son. I asked my son who was that boy I just saw with you walk into the house,he said,I don't know what you mean I was alone,he looked like my son,I just sensed who it was he would be 30 now but looked early 20s as spirits that die young don't age past 22,it happened after I raised my vibration.

My miscarried sister and brother watch other me a lot. I can tell they aren't bitter, they are playful and mischievous but loving and sweet. Remember talking to them using a spirit box and feeling them hug me goodbye and tell me they loved me

me too. i met mine in a sort of...i dunno, nightmare? not really? and he intimidated me and scared me at first. but i've opened up after many years and now i know he's watching over me.

@@Cardenas50zz58 you can meet them through guided meditations like this one, or through dreams. I think you'll know in various ways, either intuitively, seeing them often in dreams or around your life. It's one of those things where you'll know when it happens

No way, my spirit guide is also a Native American woman, or maybe Asian of some sort but Native American is what I get, she wore a lot of lilac and purple with dark wavy hair. Her names Aurora, wonder if we have the same guide :)

Keep on practicing. Better in a dark room, but light a candle, the reflection of the the candle lights when your eyes are closed helps to project the images probably. I cried like a baby. Just finished a session and reading through comments

It does take practice, it helps to practice mindfulness, and being still, and just letting those intrusive thoughts drift away rather than being inside them, be ‘outside’ them :)

I also have problems with picturing things do you feel as if no matter how hard you try you only see blackness as well?

I stayed awake throughout the whole experience. After seeing my spirit guide, I actually opened my eyes because it was so overwhelming and couldn't believe what was happening. After I acknowledged it, I closed my eyes again and focused. It came back to me. The bright lights were so clear sometimes my eyes were flickering to open but I knew I had to keep them shut. I hope you find what you're looking for. All the best

My eyes was flickering. I am very sensitive. Maybe it's my daughter who passed at 6 weeks. She came to me before transiting over. I tell you i never felt ever felt that type of love before. It was so pure it made me cry. Not sad crying. But because it felt so beautiful. A feeling i never ever felt. Must be how it feels in heaven.

GIRL MEEE EXACTLY AT THE 15 MIN MARK. omgggg !!!! I just commented this too ! Have you met them yet? I immediately jumped and gasped for air because the energy was overwhelming but it was amazing and white.

Also, they took me to this magical place. I was in beautiful light pink, blue, purple, pastel colored clouds where the sun is visible and planets are visible. I was able to see Saturn and Jupiter and instantly felt that those are my angels I’m able to see since I always look at them at night. Ive never been in such a beautiful place!

@Jensica Zwierns i don't mean to alert you or anything but that's normally a sign that somethings not right or you're doing something that you shouldn't be doing. When this happens for me I normally have a breather for a few days and come back to see if it happens again. If it does happen again, stay away from it because its probably no good. P.s sorry for how long this is.

During my experience, I did open my eyes at one point after seeing my spirit guide and then I closed them again it was very intense and my eyes werre sometimes wanting to open a lot. It was because of the beaming light but I knew I needed to keep my eyes shut so I just focused on the moment.

Hey guys I really could use some help... I did this meditation and suddenly I felt a very dark, negative energy in my room taking over everything, making me reach for my blanket but I didn't stop the meditation since I didn't want to disturb the process. I was projected to another place than the one that I should have gone to, a forest and a creature with horns was standing in front of me, but at the same time I felt their presence everywhere around me. The sun started to set and everything went cold, some images of scenes where people die physically or psychologically appeared in my head, I felt threatened, so I turned around and got out of the forest to a large field. It felt secure and warm at first, at peace almost but not like my personal inner peace, some scenes from my childhood appeared which felt more right and also eye-opening, but I couldn't´t reach for them since it started to get dark and cold again, almost like the forest was absorbing the energy from around. It started getting foggy and I remembered my best friends saying that "I am like fog" to him, as if my personality was not tangible. I looked around the field for my spirit guide, but I was alone, and I heard a voice telling me that "wherever you may be, you´ll always be alone, it is meant to be". Something was calling me from the woods, something very negative and evil, I was afraid that I might not be able to resist it anymore, so I forced myself to open my eyes and stop meditating. My room feels cold. I feel anxious, which I have not been for a long time, and afraid. I sense a presence in my room, I hear strange sounds, like vibrations, when I listen closely to the silence. Please help me. I wouldn't consider myself a spiritual person, but I am very well informed about this topic and if I would read a report like this it wouldn't sound good... at all. Some background info that I think is interesting: - I have a connection to dead people. It is really strong. I have had a vision of my friends parents dying while climbing. They died a week later under the exact circumstances I predicted. I saw the older brother of a friend trying to commit suicide, never talked about it, years later I saw him again in my dream, we talked about his attempt and how he coped, he showed me a drawing of how he felt. I reached out to my friend who I haven´t talked to in years, telling her everything about it. Yes, he attempted, and yes, he was doing better, I didn't´t mention the drawing to her since it felt too personal. I saw my dead grandmother in her old house (never seen pictures of her nor the house), chasing after her. Casually told my mum the next morning, she said "Oh, that´s weird, it was her death day today actually", I described the house and my grandmothers looks to my mother and she went pale. She called my father since she didn't´t believe what she just heard, knowing I had never seen any pictures, my father laughed it off but I´ll never forget my mothers look when I told her about my dream. I also talk to my fathers mother who is also dead regularly about my life and how to improve. One day I talked to her, afterwards I ate dinner with my family and casually used a saying that my grandmother used beforehand, my father said "What, no way, your grandma invented that saying, nobody uses this word in a phrase" and I was like, yeah, I know. - When I was little, I lade down in the snow during winter for hours, with just a t-shirt on. My fingers turned cold and I reached a state of dizziness, my mom had to warm me up when she found me and it hurt sooooo much. I did it a lot, don´t know why. -My dreams are almost always lucid and very vivid, telling, but also exhausting. I literally have a separate world in my dreams with skyscrapers and apartments to keep important dreams in, so that I can relive and rethink them by opening the doors. Some doors have to be destroyed in order to get in, sometimes I have to ask for permission in some way to get inside. So, I know that my subconscious is hiding something from me. I feel it, it´s the same dark energy that I encountered during the meditation. As soon as I sense it, I usually say something like "This is a dream, try something else to scare me" because I get so extremely scared. Last time I did that, the evil spirit was inside of my mother, she smiled and pulled out a knife in order to kill me in my dream. I was scared to death. Death in my dreams is something almost sacred to me. I died once in my dream when I was little, but I´m not going to talk about that, it was an experience that words can´t describe. So I ran from my mum. I tried to control her, switch situations, fly away, nothing worked. So I had to open my eyes in real life. This feels like ripping your eyes open as if they were glued together by the way. I woke up. There is much more than I have mentioned here, but I just want you to get an idea of what is going on with me. I NEED HELP GUYS. EVERY IDEA ON WHAT MAY BE GOING ON WITH ME WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

i can tell u a little about her if u didn’t already know lilith happens to be one of my favorite goddesses she was adams first wife. adam tried to exercise dominance over lilith but she didn’t let him and instead ran away she is a symbol for a lot of feminist today and btw she’s married to lucifer now
