In the first audio, our father named Rykon heir to the throne, Duke to 1/3rd of the kingdom and cemented the deal with Marriage. So, while we are the kings's child, Rykon gets the throne and is king by default. Our title of Consort is correct.

I mean, in previous audios we get to know about his background. He does actually understand the downtrodden and was indeed one himself. It's always been the nobility he despised the most. So this just follows on from that
