I met him in Boston back in 1998 and he signed my copy of Bag of Bones. He offered me his hand to shake and I never forgot that. Genuine, down to earth guy. Thank you Stephen. You're a great writer!
I am a ten year old inspired by Stephan king. I am a horror movie and book love, So am writing a book. Yes it is horror. Stephan king is such an inspiration
I live where he lives . Seen him twice but I don’t bother Celebrities on their down time . I am younger than him but I remember reading Carrie in High School . Had good horror books before his in early 70s . Harvest Home by Thomas Tryon ; Mephisto Waltz by Fred Stewart ; Burnt Offerings by Robert Marasco & the Superstar one The Exorcist and there were more . Yet Stephen King was a Boomer RocknRoller like me and he was the one who took off ! Got to have talent and timing to get that big .
I want to go to his book signings but I live in a small town which rarely has a author book signings I am a huge fan of Stephen King it would be my dream to go to one of his book signings but I know it would never happen maybe one day 😢
I would have given ten years of my life to be there. I've been to Sarasota in my childhood, but now I'm stuck in KANSAS, and when would he ever come out here???
im just curious.... it looks like everyone in line only had 11/22/63..... Were you all told that he would only be signing 1 book for you? Were there any people there with more than 1? Like 4 or 5?
These are promotional signings. Judging by the time, it was around when 11/22/63 released. So he comes to a store and spends some time signing the copies of his latest book.
Yes, but I think he is also aware of how the game works. I mean at events like this he is probably mentally prepared for it. But he would hate if he was out in the street and a group of people would crowd him.
