That episode of South Park holds up big time. Casa Bonita earned an almost mythical status after it aired even though it was always a real place. It's fun seeing it come alive like this, fittingly with two comedic forces from that era converging together. Happy 21 Years!

It was wild going to Casa Bonita once as a child, forgetting about it, then getting all this attention decades later. It felt like a dream re-remembered.

Their enjoyment of this place is infectious

I would actually go to this. Didn't expect it to look so fun. It's basically a themepark ride area with a restaurant.
