Well, it’s not his existence. It’s more of his arrogance, since he doesn’t find the Starscream that actually helps him out all that bad. But when he’s trying his efforts to win against Megatron, he takes it very very personally.
Without context,this looks like Megatron blames Starscream for his failed plan. But with context,you know Starscream is directlty responsible for the set back. Since Megatron clearly warned Starscream to wait his command. People always forget that Megatron only beats Starscream when he does not obey his commands or tries to backstab him. The only expectiton to this rule is Armada ver. Where Megatron genually abuses Starscream in that show.
I am of the second camp. *No one* deserves this, and in Starscream's high heeled shoes, I woulda switched sides *decades* ago. Ya know, before I managed to make Arcee want to kill me.

@@striped_hyena18 Actually Megatron left Starscream behind after he got rid of Unicron's mind control (in the TFP movie). Also, in Season 3, tho Starscream became loyal to Megatron, Megatron still treats him badly.

And now we know why Starscream killed Cliff the moment he said, “Where’s your master?” If this is what I have to deal with regularly because I messed up, and then others mess up as well and my boss just scolds them or gives them light demotions, I’d go ape suit too. Starscream’s a terrible person, but everyone here is acting like this is a good thing? No, it’s not a good thing, hell it’s probably why Starscream is such a terrible person, abuse doesn’t “fix” anyone, it makes them worse, and he’s probably had to deal with this for millions of years now, that’s just insane to me.
Oh thats nofthing. This Megatron is mercifull compare to his prequall War for Cybertron(game)/Fall of Cybertron self(game). Though Starscream deserved %95 of the punishment. That %5 is Armada Starscream. He was like this before he even joined Megatron. So Meg really was not responsible for him beign evil. His past War For Cybertron(game)/Fall of Cybertron(game) self is the most aboviusly evil one. We just see his prime self more in moment of weaknesses.
Starscream doesn't deserve this he was just trying to prove himself to be a worthy second in command and he betrayed megatron because megatron bullies him poor starscream
Nah, because he's canonically a good second in command, but someone almost always messes up his plans, what is this, because it ain't justice 😭 He coulda almost ended the war right there and what.
@@JEF_W Then I advise you to read some Transformers comics/and watch some Transformers shows/movies. Megatron did want to kill Optimus, and did kill him (at least for a while) in several continuities (even in the original G1, series, and the Bayverse films too to mention a few) In TFP Megtaron made sure that Optimus' life is his, and didn't let other Decepticons fight Prime, because he was the one who wanted to kill him. (also in TFP they managed to bring back Megatron from the coma he was in, was because his desire to kill Optimus with his own hands was that strong) In IDW Megatron almost killed Prime, he only managed to survive thanks too luck, and the fact that the Ore 13 drained Megatron too much. I could list several other examples too.

In Transformers Prime, Starscream is the most unlucky character I had ever seen, like seriously he cannot catch a break. Aside from the Autobots, first he has a problem with Megatron, then Skyquake, then Soundwave, then Airachnid, then Dreadwing, then Shockwave, then Predaking, then Darksteel, & then Skylynx. Starscream’s arrogance is his own worst enemy and it is the main reason why he suffers a lot. Anyway I absolutely have no empathy for him after he ruthlessly murdered a badly wounded Cliffjumper and bragged about it. May Cliffjumper rest in peace and screw Starscream which I honestly believe he is more abusive, more arrogant, more dangerous, & more manipulative than Megatron.
Guys. I can say I completely understand Starscream and, to be honest, I want to make friends with him. Our lives are very similar, VERY similar. Well, more precisely, a life situation. If I could get into this series, I could probably convince him to become good.

Couldn’t starscream just poke megatrons optics out just as megtron grabbed him by the neck, like starscream would use his claws or nails and just stab his throat killing him ir just stab and rip both of his optics out.
Dude what arr you on about lol He is the leader and his second in command disobeyed him Of course rhere will be harsh repercussions to 1 make sure he doesn't do it again and 2 to remind the others under his command the consequences of disobeying him
