I've been struggling lots through peri menopause. Zero physical activity for last few months. So many sugar cravings. Just come on here in the last week and getring me motivated. Thanks Joe, more needed. Love the Davina chat too. Keep it up.

I love the fact that there was something titled menopause in my feed that wasn't telling me how to cure my wrinkles or fix what's "wrong" with me. Great class taught by a guy. We are making progress.

Thanks so much for this Joe. Great non-impact strength work-out that still gets the heart pumping and a sweat on. I can't do jumping anymore at all, in perimenopause, but love building strength with weights. Looking forward to doing the next one, too.

doesn’t seem that different from a regular workout just a slower pace which is nice to do sometimes regardless of menopause or not

Getting back into working out again after illness and have menopause issues, osteoarthritis and lymphedema so the pace of this is perfect!

Have been doing these Menopause workouts, they are wonderful! Very motivating and not hard to do! After 2 weeks have seen a big change in how my clothing fits💪 and most importantly I feel great mentally! Hope you create more of the same Joe, terrific they are! Thank you! Cheers 🎉

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Loved the fact it was only 20 min too. It was tough in some places but easier in others. Will aim to use heavier weights as I go along!Thank you!

Might be a dangerous for smn who has sm issues such as a backpain or issue with knees,so that, an accurate explanation of how to keep your body before you start practice these exercises is very important!

i’ve checked out his page and in a lot of his works he has done much research and i’ve done my own and it seems very reliable. he’s not cashing in unless you pay him, he’s putting FREE workouts on youtube. he is also very supportive and positive, please leave this page unless you have any love to spread🫶

Wow! Thank you Joe. At first I thought this was going to be like your other dumbbell workouts but it's different enough. Love the focus on triceps too. Please do more like these. Would also be nice to have some abs work for this stage too. Thank you for your commitment to regular RU-vid workouts

Thank you. I started my usual workout this morning with a lot of joint pain. Your workout popped up so decided to do it instead. I am so pleased I did. The pain in my knees has decreased. 😊

This is great! Thank you so much Joe. Could you also recommend exercises for hip strength please? I have had to take thyroid hormones for over 20 years and as a consequence have extremely low hip bone density. I have been prescribed medication but would like to find appropriate exercises to help.

With tennis elbow in one arm and a shoulder impingement in the other, that's more I can't do. Oh well, back to the intermediates then. Any chance of non dumbell meno workouts for those who can't even hold their own arm?
