i was on anti-depressants years ago and it was horrible... only one that had no sex side effects was wellbutrin

Is 43 too young for 3 months no period and vaginal dryness, no libido, hot flashes? Periods started becoming erratic at 37. Im whole food plant based for many years.

Why didn't you even speak about lichen sclerosus for case #1??? That's clearly what she had. Sadly many doctors like you have no knowledge of it and continue to misdiagnose it which is truly malpractice.
