Hi ,me n my wife n 2 small dogs are moving to France, just can't decide, cos I love to live in Menton as I am chef, but our worries are that in winter time there are not jobs as all the tourist are gone, or am I mistaken and the city is still ok for work in winter? You will find quite a reasonable amount of customers on winter too because its a border city between Italy and France so people often sleep over in hotels at Ventimiglia or Menton (preferably) to change trains for the following day. Where do you plan on opening your restaurant? I may stop by to eat with friends.
