In this video, i'm going to go show you how to modify the throttle body for your m 103 e f I set up, as well as the fuel rail modifications to fit the m103 intake manifold. Made with Film Maker play.google.com/store/apps/de...
Awesome video, Very detailed steps! I have a M103 down right now due to the fuel distributor that i hate so much, Id love to EFI convert it. Looking forward to watching the EFI ECU part.
Very interesting! i converted my 230 to carburetor but would definitely consider going fuel injection if the ecu isnt a big deal. Thanks for the videos
@@thebenzhouse Unfortunately my engine is nearly dying. Consumption of my G class is about 8L/100. So that's OK but I mis top end power. Switch to OM606 next year.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4Zm1tKa36k0.html&ab_channel=BobvanCalcar
That bracket holding the fuel rail is going to fail. There will be enough movement with just the engine vibrations to wiggle it back and forth and it will fail where it has been cut and bent. This could be bad please have the owner take it to a welder to add some strength back into he bracket where it was cut.
It's not finished yet we have built efi kits for the m103 for many years now with zero issues if I wasn't 100% sure it would work I won't never post it or show what I'm doing
It's not meant for Mercedes TB it's from a bmw you can make an adapter if you really want to this is more of a diy with normal tools most people have laying around. I was just trying to show it can be done.
@@thebenzhousedoes it need to hold a tight seal on the throttle body or just clip onto the rod? I already shaved off the metal to mount the bmw sensor.
