Mercedes W124 300e 0-100 km/h acceleration (M103 3.0 with EFI)

This is how my Mercedes Benz W124 from 1987 with the M103 3.0 engine accelerates from 0 to 100km/h. It's running on a Megasquirt ECU. I am not satisfied yet, this is a rough 10 seconds, the 300e with automatic transmission should do 7.8 seconds to 100km/h.
But, according to specs and tests, it already takes 9,6 seconds to 110km/h. And this is for the 188hp non-cat version, I do have the 178hp version with catalytic converters.
With my EFI setup, further absolutely bone stock, even down to tire sizes, I should be able to at least match or exceed those times? Megasquirt MS3 1.5.2 with EV14ST injectors, VAG wasted spark coilpack etc, semi sequential injection.
AFR @ full throttle is 12,5 (14,7 = lambda on 98 octane shell v-power)
And my ignition angle is 31 degrees BTDC from 2500 rpm, which drops down to 29,5 from 5500 rpm to 6500rpm. 6200rpm redline.
Any thoughts about this?

It sounds like its shifting too early in first gear - maybe around 4k rpm, should be shifting much higher. If this is a 4 speed mercedes auto, then you probably need to adjust the transmission, early shifting from first is a sign of them needing some attention. That should bring down the 0-60 a bit

Thank you. The transmission is pretty worn. To counter the sometimes present shift flare, I put the amg spec spring kits in there, which worked great. I did not touch the bowden cable; isn’t this just a bowden cable adjustment?

I just tried launching with the shifter in "2", and then throwing it in D when its in second gear. This way it rvved all the way into the red, and along with a leaner WOT it pulls better.

Zou je een filmpje over je efi kunnen maken ik heb identiek dezelfde auto (zelfs de kleur) en wil ook efi inbouwen alleen zou ik niet weten hoe.

Ik heb de w124 recent verkocht, dus kan er geen goede video over maken. Het is niet zo 123 gedaan, zeker zonder ervaring. Er zijn veel Engelstalige video's alsmede facebook groepen die je een beter beeld kunnen geven.

I do not sell this kit. It is a mix of a K-Jet killers fuel rail, FPR and block off plate, the rest is self fabricated or sourced elsewhere.
