Well put. Too many predictable comments seeming to think that she should grin like a simpleton throughout. She could easily have veered off-course if she was a crappy bassist, or all image. But no, she played the rhythm part perfectly. (And she shares my Husky's name. Another good reason to like her 👍)
It is so simple, what do we expect? Poor girl, eye candy, simple lines, so the guys could jam off of it. How could one muster the appearance of energy? It would be fake. You want fake? f@ck you.
I love the Peter Gunn theme. Growing up, some of the best music I ever heard were theme songs and ambient music from TV shows, movies, and even cartoons. So many people missed it, but I didn't, (and still don't).
I came here because I saw Peter Gun in the title. Remembering the Art of Noise version as a kid in the 80s 😂 You will note the official video of that version also has a girl in red with jet black hair…
I just love the fact that she's like not into this at all she's the whole time she's like is this song over yet and then she actually stops playing and goes all right I'll finish
They're from Russia. Surf music. Sometimes show Sci-fi films in background while playing. The whole goul look is part of the act. She reminds me of Wednesday on the Adams Family. Hot!!! Saw them ... They were fantastic.
They are from Russia I think. Great band. The bass player is Svetlana Zombirella, or something like that. Who cares, great band with a hot bass player.
Part of this sound was used when a player was playing the arcade game 🕹️ called SpyHunter. I am 50 years old now and I remember playing several games of this classic James Bond /knight rider influenced arcade game of the late 80’s.
@@bloodaxe3578No one ever accused John Entwhistle of being lively or energetic. Stage presence is tough, especially for bassists. They tend to be musical coat trees, wherever their mission is keeping rigid time, along with the drummer. Jazz is a notable exception, where the bassist steps out as soloist, and is allowed to syncopate. Moreover, John Entwhistle never (to my knowledge) channeled Bettie Page, so there's also that -- bonus!
The MESSER CHUPS are a retro band, but the drummer says 'I don't care, I refuse to bother to effect the Look of the band - but I expect to be paid anyway'.
*Bass guitarist has an uncanny resemblance to the late B🇬🇧itish actress Andre'e Melly, (sister of bandleader George Melly) she was best known for portraying a vampire in the " Brides of Dracula" alongside Peter Cushing and Martita Hunt* Rest in peace all who are no longer with us. *DR🥃🍺NK BAASTIDD 🥴🤮 MANCHESTER UNITED FAN FOR EVER SINCE I CAN REMEMBER* ⚔️⚔️B🇬🇧itJ🇯🇲M⚔️⚔️ 9/2/24 God Save the CRO👑N
Well, She is called Zombierella. The Bass riff for this is only about 5 chords over and over and she has probly played this LITERALY 200 times or more.
My grandson is starting to play guitar. I bet he could learn that. His dad plays drums . My daughter plays a little bass. Think I will mention it to him. Might be fun. That woman is the image of Betty Page!
I hope whatever the bassist was going through that day has resolved itself. Although.. OTOH? That’s probably the look my face would have if i had so many guitar amps pointed directly at me, while I performed, too!
Of course, Everybody who's Anybody knows what "OTOH" means - so why bother to spell it out... But everything else, I'll grant the reader the dignity of the complete word. Cordially, 'ifixmixers'.
Seriously do they have restraining orders against each other . I know the crowd is small and there maybe something else going on but man that was hard to watch . It was like all three were in different worlds . If something happened and they decided the show must go on I apologize
I don't think the girl did anything, if you look at her hands on the neck of the guitar their just sliding up and down muteing the strings, and her other hand doesn't look like its touching the strings when she's strumming the guitar .
