These findings are very promising, we just need to keep this keto and fasting life style for more years to be able to gather more information and find the truth. Personally, I was suffering from recurring bronchitis and irritable bowel syndrome, been fasting and keto for the last 3 years and now I could almost completely healed from the bronchitis (2 years and a half without it) and from the irritable bowel syndrome. I'm completely sure this is the beginning of a new era for the healthcare systems. Regards from Colombia!
