Goddamn he still sounded great! To sing that set at his age with such precision is simply amazing. Badlands... What a showman during the bridge section to the solo. Rest in peace, Mike. Your voice will never be forgotten.

I saw the band in July 2019 in Germany in a small club, capacity maximum 1000 people, the mood was very good from the beginning it's due to Mike Howe, a charismatic singer with a unique voice in hard rock/heavy metal. We should never forget that. A great human died to early. R.I.P

Mike Howe has the right amount of dirt and aggression in the voice. The pressure is right and the dynamics fit. Vocal range is exorbitant. Stage presence and interaction with band and audience is perfect. Hats off!

Yes most metal vocals change -not usually for the better but Mike's voice is just frozen in time. I was so happy when it was announced he was back in the band.

I was seriously shocked to hear Mike had passed. I came hear to remember Mike at his best and what he truly loved to do. I was truly excited when he came back to sing for Metal Church. He was a true Metal Church God and a very underrated Vocalist. R.I.P Mike, I’ll always remember the impact you made on me.
