Sorry to hear about your dog. They truly are best friends. Looks like a productive field. I hear a combine at my neighbor's this late at night. I'm hoping to see an empty field in the morning. Detecting with a partner is always more fun. That way you have someone to share the excitement with.

I got a text last night that Fred's friends found a 1797 half dime here in Ohio. Really worn, but still identifiable. Those guys really put in the time. They deserve it.

So sorry for your loss of your good friend and buddy... It really hurts when they have to go one to doggy heaven... It's hard not to love your dog like one of your kids. We got 3 older babies and I dread the day when they go to doggy heaven... But God promises to comfort us in these hard times. HE'S never let me down. When ever one of my pups pass on this old biker turns into a heart broken blubbering old man... LOL...
