The best performance of Dionysus is from their MMA 2019 performance just because it is SO grand in scale, but that particular video has been getting blocked lately and also the solo intros are partly what make it so amazing and you won't able to appreciate them as much until you've listened to more of their music. LOL Just found you because of your BTS reaction. :) Glad you appreciated their talent. Their discography is just as wide and deep and varied as the vocal range you mentioned. The far right member with the voice you kept referring to is RM (full name Kim Namjoon) and he is the leader of BTS, kind of like the team captain, not like a "lead singer" as in western groups. For those who are new to Coldplay: the group are VERY picky when it comes to letting anyone do a cover of their songs, unless they match the feeling of the original. BTS not only matched the mood of the song, they took it to a another level that Coldplay posted the link to the BTS cover on all their social media sites with the message "Beautiful" in Korean. You might want to check out videos on the history on BTS to see how a group from a small music company...became the stars they are now.
I can tell you that in 40+ years of my life I have never fallen for any singers or celebrities, but I love these guys. Not just for their talents but their personalities. I see their passion for music in their eyes when I first discovered them. They are the most humble and down to earth guys.
The bass voice is RM, the leader of the group. =) He is actually a rapper (and one of their main lyricists), and he sometimes tries to claim he can't sing, but ... obviously that is untrue, lol.

@@MTNReacts If you do try the live performance of Your Eyes Tell with English subs, note that is is sung in Japanese. They've released several Japanese albums and if I'm not mistaken a Vietnamese album. At least they can sing in Vietnamese as well. The one whose voice caught your attention has long been fluent in English and has a 148 IQ and the others have been working very hard on their English with varying degrees of progression but in this performance (and their other all English song on Unplugged - Dynamite) even their singing accents have noticeably improved. I'm sure others have told you of their involvement in social issues and their philanthropy and work with UNICEF, they are very impressive young men. And artists!
BTS is very versatile, they do all kinds of genres! They sing, rap, dance, write and produce their own songs, they play instruments, and they put a lot of thoughts on their lyrics and music videos. They have spread positive messages such as self love and acceptance and helped a lot of people go through the hardest time in their lives through their music, while remaining humble and relatable. Rabbit hole doesnt begin to describe it.. but if you do jump in, I promise it will touch your soul. Talented.. absolutely, but, more than that, these boys are just special in every sense of the word. They speak to every part of your being no matter who you are or what you believe in. They are not a boy band, they are not Kpop, they are not hiphop or rap, they are not pop or rock. They do not fit into any box people try and put them in. They are not influenced by what others think of them and remain true to their artistry and most importantly, their message, whether it be hope and motivation or just plain hurt and anger. History already knows them as the most influential group ever and, they are still in their 20's. Enjoy the journey ! What people should find even more amazing is the fact that BTS has 4 vocalists and 3 rappers yet all 7 of them SANG in this song. Also, if you didn't know, they can dance as if they are champions of the World's Best Dance Crew.

BTS is so good. Everything they do is excellent. Their company, Big Hit Entertainment, lets them do solo projects which they often put on Spotify for free for their fans. They work to stay close to their fans. They rap, they do Latin beats, more lively pop, and great choreography. One of my favorite songs that again shows their vocals is “Your Eyes Tell.” Just gorgeous. It is sung in Japanese. They speak Japanese also and the low bass voice you liked is RM, one of these rappers who is fluent in English. The others have varying degrees of English but weave English into many of their song. And they partnered with unicef to prevent violence against children. They donated a million dollars to Black Lives Matter and ARMY (their fan base) matched it in 24 hours. They spoke at the UN in 2018. Their songs are deeper than they appear, often influenced by psychoanalyst Carl Jung, author Hermann Hesse, philosophy, etc. There’s a lot to unpack with BTS. Their fan base is called ARMY and you’ll never find a more loyal group. I hope you dive down this rabbit hole. I did a few months ago and I’m 66. Their fans are all ages and from everywhere and love all genres of music.
They addressed the General Assembly again in 2020, via video, and they and UNICEF announced their 4th year of partnership a few days ago. Oh, and I am 57 and definitely ARMY.
Watch them on Grammys this Sunday 14, it’s the first time ever a Korean group got the invitation to perform at the award show and they even got nominated for a Grammy for their song Dynamite, it’s amazing what they were capable to do considering the xenophobia in the western music industry. I don't know why i find it cute that he has no idea about BTS! They are a household name now and everyone knows of them even if they may not be a fan or haven't heard their songs yet. its literally impossible to not know who BTS are! But this is cute because everyone has preconceived notion about them and that really stops them from exploring their talent. They just already decided they hate them. The lyrics talk about their realization that behind many of their fans happy faces are struggles and heartache and pain, and knowing this makes them sad, but that they refuse to turn a blind eye to the darkness of the world and they promise they will continue - through their own hardships - to always sing for us 'louder than bombs'.

It's a website where all bts's entire discography is accurately translated in english and even the worldplays that might be lost in translation, the references, korean expressions and contexts are explained. Rythms are also highlighted. This made me realize that bts are lyrical geniuses. Especially RM, the one doing most of the low base not in the Fix You cover, he has the most songwriting credits in BTS and his songwriting is basically genius. This guy is a genius, literally, not only the fact that he has an IQ of 148, he is fluent in multiple languages, was an underground rapper, is very cultured, he reads a lot of books and is the leader of the group since he is the spokesperson (only on fluent in english) and the group was originally formed around him as bts were supposed to be a hip-hop group, that's why they have 3 rappers and aren't all singers.

Hello. BTS are the biggest artists in the world right now. 4 vocalists 3 rappers (who can sing) they all write, produce, and dance. Known for their social messages in their lyrics. They are not boxed into a single category. They create fusion music comprised of hip hop, rock, rap, r&b, pop, edm. They debuted in 2013 and have over 300 songs. Beyond that they are humble, charitable and just general amazing humans. While they don't really do metal music, I find there is something for everyone. If you like metal, you might like their early stuff, which is harder, the rappers' Cypher series, or some of their solo projects (do yourself the favor of watching the incredible video for Agust-D's "Daechwita" (Daechwita is the traditional Korean music that gets played whenever kings or the army is marching, so it's a play on words like "we're kings" and also a tribute to their fanbase, which is called ARMY).
I have seen a few comments that say they have a massive variety to their music. It is different to what I would usually listen to but it's nice to change things up a bit sometimes.
RM is that basement voice you heard,. He, Suga and Jhope are the rappers, and they were singing the bass parts in this song, but Taehyung is one of the vocalists and is known for doing the low range as well.
*Some facts:* Our guys did this cover because the song gave them comfort and they wanted to do the same for ARMY (name of BTS fandom). Some members of BTS also attended Coldplay concert few years ago. Coldplay usually don't allow others to cover their songs, but BTS is an exception. Welcome to bts! This was great to watch, I always love to see somebody discovering them for the first time and you seem like such a warm and positive person. I second the suggestion from a couple others that you check out dionysus or not today if you want to get a taste of their more hard hitting side, or spring day, blue and grey, or fake love for something more emotional. All their mvs have subtitles, which makes life much easier for us international fans :) One of the nice things about bts is that they're incredibly prolific and they love trying out different genres, so there's lot's to explore!

They do basically everything. There are four vocablists and three rappers although, as you can see, the rappers can sing (and some of the vocalists can rap, lol). They are also incredibly talented dancers. They are *all* involved in the lyric writing, song writing, and sometimes even the production of their songs. The three rappers are full members of the Korea Music Copyright Association with over a hundred songs credited to them each. They started with more hip-hop style music early in their career but never wanted to be boxed into any one label or genre and really like to experiement with musical genres and styles, so if you decide to explore their work more you'll find an incredibly vast discography of extremely different music, ranging from hip hop to soft ballads, edm, rnb, trap, etc. etc.
I am a metal fan, and I am ARMY, I take abuse literaly for liking and supporting these guys, and especially off metal snobs, but BTS talent is undeniable, not just that but their message the way they connect with fans, it's just so much deeper than vocal or rap or dance talent it's hard to explain in a paragraph, or even understand after listening to a few of their songs, they are a social phenomenon for this reason, your react was awesome loved it, so genuine and as Suga would say if you listen to BTS without prejudice you will like them, and you really did that, so ARMYS everywhere will really appreciate that from you also 💜💜 thankyou and BORAHE

I've always been into a certain kind of music, rock, metal, punk and anything you need actual instruments to play, but since I've got to know bts they took me into a whole new world. I started to listen to rap/hiphop, where they actually sink their roots, which I've genuinely disliked in the past. I loved your reaction. They are amazing, humble, talented, driven men. Their discography is rich with diversity in genres going back to their first album in 2013. Their story is remarkable and their talent,(songwriting/production/rap/vocals/dance), their ability to switch genres effortlessly and make each live performance, complete with amazing dance, they do (be it on tour or on screen) different from each other performance and still put 100 per cent in is amazing. Perhaps try Dope, Mic Drop, On (Kinetic Manifesto film). Then Black Swan, Fake Love or Blood Sweat and Tears for a little later (Just make sure to turn the captions on). There's slower, beautiful stuff like Spring Day, especially meaningful to the people of South Korea. There's so much to discover and I hope you'll give them another go. (there are great fan made documentaries too, theriseofbangtanofficial, for if decide to delve deeper and you enjoy some of their own music) sorry for such a long comment.

A point to remember - only one of the guys is fluent in English. The group has 3 rappers and 4 vocalists - but they can all sing. They are so in sync as they have been together for nearly q0 years - they debuted in 2013 but were together from 2010. They have lived together since before they debuted and even though they now own their own places, they still live together. They call themselves a family not a group. They have an extremely diverse discography from rap, hip hop, R&B, ballads EDM and pretty much everything else. They write and produce most of their own music and have since they debuted. If you want to look into more, all their official music videos have English subs and their company won’t strike you so you can actually play the whole thing without having to cut or stop and start. Really worth looking in to.

That bass voice is what hooked me first. They vary in genre/styles. Often suggest Mic Drop with Steve Aoki, Fake Love, Fire, On & Idol to start. For heavy rap, someone mentioned the Cypher (there 4 and everyone has there fave). Unbelievablly fast rap in several places. Suga rapped 117 syllables in 14 seconds. They flow seamlessly between Korean and English. Just turn on subs. They have full Japanese albums too. Oh and check out Dynamite from Musicares. A little fun change to their norm.

The rappers came from hiphop background. You can check out their song Dionysus, Tomorrow, Fake love rocking vibe remix cause these are more of their rock type of songs. They sing too many different genres. So you will definitely find something that goes with your taste. But make sure to look at their lyrics translations as they mostly sing in Korean.

BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan (bulletproof boy scouts) in english is a 7 member (3 rappers and 4 vocalists) from South Korea that started formation in 2010 and officially debuted in 2013. Their names are Jin age 28 vocalist, Suga age 28 rapper, J-Hope age 27 rapper, RM age 26 rapper, Jimin age 25 vocalist, V age 25 vocalist, and Jungkook age 23 vocalist. They are currently the biggest group in the world and were the best selling music artists in the world in 2020 beating Taylor Swift and Drake. They have also broken records set by Michael Jackson, Adele, and the Beatles. They normally sing in korean with some english mixed in. The only song from BTS that is fully english is Dynamite that broke the record of the most viewed video in 24 hours on youtube with 101.1 million views and is currently nominated for a grammy and BTS will also be performing on it this Sunday. I loved your reaction. Biggest group in the world. They may not fit your channel (fellow metal head here) but I dove down their rabbit hole three years ago and it has been the best thing ever. Totally worth a deep dive. The talent, their struggles, their character and personalities....just Chefs kiss. The three harmonizing on a lower register are their rap line and they can all sing. They are up for a Grammy this weekend. Wishin hard for them and all of the Army. Their song Ugh may resonate with you for the energy. It’s a rap song, awesomely aggressive.

BTS make their song covers their own. BTS are the most sincere artists today. BTS are the greatest performers alive! BTS is the best! there's nothing like BTS!
Better watch their live performances on awards shows which normally turns into their mini concert. Just a warning though that once you get into the rabbit hole there is no turning back. BTS is not your typical boyband but they are all talented artist or rather musicians like no other. They have been compared to the Beatles but sorry for me they are much more better than the Beatles as they cover all kinds of genre of music. And better watch their songs with choreography and would really ask yourself as how they could do a complicated choreo and and sing without missing a beat. And normally their song have deep messages and normally inter connected. They write song about loving yourself depression bullying etc. They don't write and sing songs about drugs sex booze or violence. They sing about topics that western singers avoid singing. That is why their fans called ARMY are so diverse ranging from age 12years old to 70+ years old. Just keep an open mind and I guarantee you will enjoy and have a diffrent journey with your music. I am a 70's kid and have listened to all types of music from rock to hardbrock to pop to jazz to soul basically all kinds of music from the 70's so I know what am taking about when I said for me they are far more better than the Beatles. Beatles were considered the best cause that time they were the ones who introduced a different type of music.

I am also from the 70’s and love and appreciate all kind of music, from classical to salsa 😅. But since I discover BTS (thanks to my daughters) my mind and heart was blown away. They have so many different styles, and the lyrics, O M G is pure poetry. MTN I really recommend you take some time to listen to them. You may try Black Swan, Mic Drop and The Truth Untold (always look for the translation & message).

The biggest boy group in the world, breaking Beatles records and will be performing on the 14th on the Grammy's as they are up for one. I lived in Japan I know all the JRock and Visual Kei bands and a few of the Kpop groups that came over including these guys.

Thank you!!!for the people that are here and never hear or heard metal ,metal and people that listen to this gerne of music their point of view is often underestimated! So from my own experience let me clear some things and explain their point of esthetic. People who enjoy metal also enjoy rock- hard rock- goth- ballands-grunz-alternative even jazz and classical!They have a high acoustic rage ,they are often self taught of musical instruments and have a powerful and sensitive ear.You can spot them oftenly huming even the different reefs of the guitar or bass or even drums!And they all love and appreciate the accoustic version. They can easily distinct different voices and ranges and usually they have pretty good and powerful voices ( like the ones they admire)! In conclusion having a good review of these people it's extremely good!! So ,my friend thank you for liking this cover! There is also a metal band that covered a bts song called " fake love" !You can check this out,I believe you will really like it and I hope you'll like the original verse too ( by bts) !

If you’re a metal fan and are enjoying BTS I can recommend Dionysus. Probably the only BTS song I found myself head banging to hahaha. Also worth watching the live performance they did of Dionysus with the horses and the blow up panther (yes you read that right)
RM is the one with the deep voice,he is actually a rapper, he the leader, song write,producer. His voice in this was one of my highlights,also The rap line did an outstanding job... vocals as always were great my highlight Jin’s singing with the that high note. 💜. BTS have a lot of amazing hard hitting songs as well! You might enjoy their song "Dionysus" because it has metal influences mixed with edm and hip hop. The live performance for this song is amazing! The lyrics are also extremely fastinating and use Greek Mytholody as a metaphor for getting drunk on art and creation. It's so fricken good I swear
