But the cutscenes I felt were really ruined are "when Snake asked President Baker for Meryl's Frequency number only for him to forgot, the cutscene where the Hind D destroys the upper bridge connecting the two communication towers and when Gray Fox dies".

Watched this about 10 times so far, and the attention to detail in this one is so impressive. Might be Mega64's best video since Kutaragi's Way. Every single scene is flawlessly executed. The props, the lighting, the editing, the costumes... I don't even know where to begin. You're pretty good!

This parody has a good point. Arms Tech President Baker was stuck watching Ocelot and Snake run around him like a couple of idiots during their gun fight which could have set off the explosives.
