I mean there's that and also, BB never had a prostethic arm in MGS4, and no shrapnel in his skull, and Venom's DNA didn't match with Eli/Liquid's DNA... But i don't think even BB would've had PTSD. He made up his mind at the end of Peace Walker. He decided to see her death as her betraying him. He even threw her bandana in lake Nicaragua as The Boss' AI drowned the Peace Walker in it in order to shut it down completely.

@@LilUFO9499 well his body was reconstructed using liquid and solidus' bodies. The biggest factor is that the Boss AI didn't think it was actually him, although it's an AI it nearly reproduced the real Boss' persona exactly in the way it thinks, what it knows etc etc. You can almost gurantee there's some spiritual link between the AI and the Boss.

@@user-ko3sd9qj2h Compared to Jack, The medic or Venom is alot more quieter and introverted. He tends to be more caring for the people and hes pretty quiet compared to Big boss. So I would say they are predictable behaviors that could tell their difference,even Volgin knew it wasnt him in only small encounter time. Venom was seen as a better version of big boss not because of strength tho, but because of how he was as a character. The Boss AI is no doubtedly an AI , so it also have keen sensors or even improved sense to pick up movements compared to human response time. So were talking about 30m/s avg to humans 80m/s fastest.

also Venom didn't even react to Huey at all, like a complete stranger to him. if it was Big Boss he would have done/said more than 'dr emmerich'

Pupa, Chrysalis and Cocoon were less advanced AI. Their individuality was reduced to singing. Peace Walker AI pod possessed actual artifical intelligence capable of certain interaction.

[ps if you are the type who enjoys a mission that has a little bit of everything like extracting soldiers searching for an escaped prisoner while on a timer, eliminating multiple gunships, getting rid of all armored vehicles w/o resupply, extracting tanks prisoners and armored vehicles all while not being spotted then this is the mission for you. :) ]

@@divinehatred6021 Yeah but then playing it on a P.C. felt a bit awkward. I will get around to that and MGS4 eventually. Going straight from Snake Eater to Phantom pain made sense gameplay evolution wise, but event and story wise I'm missing a lot.

Strangelove became close with The Boss, idolizing her, through working together and eventually one operation(mercury project) sparked The Boss's dream of uniting the world as one. These beliefs pretty much fueled the events of the entire series someway or another. The Boss's Will would be chased by many main characters, including Strangelove, until the end of the story. In exchange for the Boss AI Pod(intended to control Peace Walker), Strangelove requested all the data on The Boss from the CIA, hoping to learn the truth of Operation Snake Eater and the Virtuous Mission and clear her name, but was killed before doing so. Strangelove was furious to learn The Boss defected AND was killed by her pupil. So...that's why there's a Boss AI. Strangelove believed The Boss was the most suited to control Peace Walker but she had other reasons.. Metal Gear isn't weird it's just.....so....dense....
