the linkin park influence does make a lot of sense, oli loved linkin park when he was younger, sometime after chester died, oli preformed his vocals with the rest of the band, oli loves linkin park and already takes a ton of influence from them

I definitely agree on the breakdown. Seems to be a common thing with songs like this lately. Like Architects “Animals” and a few others. Wish there would be a second breakdown that really dug into it. If they went into a breakdown again after that little build up before the last chorus I feel like would’ve made this song perfect! But great track over all!

Was NOT expecting your reaction so fast! Then again, I wasn't expecting the song today at all LOL. Nice surprise. About the song: Love it, but it definitely took a second listen for me to fully vibe with it, I think because at first listen it seemed to be missing that new BMTH sparkle. I think because the formula was a little more standard, whereas the other singles so far have had that little extra innovation to them. But DAMN if that hook ain't catchy! Been singing it on repeat for the last couple hours!

That solo drum fill leading into the second chorus is just perfection. So simple yet so powerful

The Linkin Park vibes are the ones that killed me, making this track, my favourite BMTH track of all time. I am such a huge fan of Linkin Park, and this is a tribute to them, Sykes did mention it in one of his interviews, saying that Chester helped him with the management of vocals, on how to scream and not cough blood, he also said that this song is a Tribute to Linkin Park, a tribute to Chester for showing countless people hope. So yeah, this song makes me super emotional, and is definitely, my favourite BMTH track. Anyways, a nice video as always, my man.

I don’t understand why everyone keeps saying it sounds like Linkin Park etc. It sounds like their old stuff to me like happy song, down, throne era stuff.
