If you watch it with the subtitles, you will notice that Damiano, the singer, uses a lot of hand and facial expressions that correspond directly to the lyrics. It really enhances the experience of watching the performance.
I really love this band and your really sensitive reactions. I didcovered them like many from Eurovision and immediately did a deep dive right to their beginings. I really love the itensity of thier Italian songs. So many of their english songs are not that deep, but are getting better, but are very much fun played live..
That's my favorite song of theirs too! One thing about them is that they had to fight really hard to be able to put out the kind of music they wanted when their managers, label, producers etc kept telling them no and that nobody listens to rock anymore, especially in Italy. So a lot of their earlier material is very angry about the doubters and the non-believers. This is one of them. That is why the name of their second album is Teatro D'Ira ("Theater of Rage"). You should check For Your Love or Amandotti live, if you haven't yet!
Damiano mentioned in one interview that he has a malformation of the vocal chords, that makes it easier for him to sing with a distorted voice. Anyway, this is probably my favorite Måneskin song so far. One thing I really love about Damiano, is how much control he has over his voice, especially breath wise. There might be singers who can sing higher or lower, but few who have his control. Especially at his age.
Hey liliaeth. I think Damianos skills in singing is underestimated, as people immediately likes his voice. I don't know about singing, but vocal experts really give him credit professionally.
I absolutely adore måneskin, i fell in love with them since 2019 and i’ve stuck with them ever since. I rlly like ur reaction, u saw the live versions (which i think show’s the more “raw” version of a band/singer) and saw the lyrics, reflected on the meaning and etc. Ur great man, i look forward into seeing more videos!!
You should check out The Loneliest, Thomas (the guitarist) is amazing in it. Also two other iconic italian gems of them are 'Vent'anni' and 'Marlena Torna a Casa' (the last one is basically the one that made them go crazy popular as a band in Italy at the very start of their journey)

For real I mean fans who follow them since the begin and love above all the Teatro d'ira concept album. The music and the lyrics are intense and unique. Unfortunately the last time they performed this song live has been more or less one year ago in Argentina, if I well remember. I agree with your breakdown. I don't know in English but in Italian the clasped hands 🙏 suggest a sort of prayer. If you decide to goes on with Maneskin, the new album Rush! is waiting for. One of the most impressive for me is " Gasoline" and 'Mark Chapman" for music and also for the lyrics. ✌

Agree with your analysis. One of my favorite songs from one of my favorite newer bands. I saw them live in December in Florida. A fantastic concert! Also have tickets for their Nashville show in October.
if you liked that, try watching it again in the version with subtitles. A fan added them along with an English translation on this very performance. You might get what all the gesturing was about...
There's a really good English subtitled translation of this same performance by LaFabi, better than the translation that he used in this reaction. One of their best songs for sure - it's a shame that they don't perform this one live more....
This song is the first one that really got me too and made me start learning the lyrics (which improved my Italian so much I snorted outloud in the grocery store at your pronunciation, sorry). Сейчас Дамиано накачанный бритый "рэппер-блондин с новыми😳🐉👹 татуировкам..., но да , делающий очень мощные, яркие шоу, в основном на сильном английском, в то числе, и 🔞... В этом тоже есть своя энергия, харизма, эволюция группы, которая за эти два с лишним года , пробовала и меняла очень многое! Сейчас фаны несколько напряжены , эээ...некоторыми переменами в жизни Дамиано ( здесь не важно, какими) , но возможно, всё к лучшему - его более честный, хоть и совсем не "верный и романтичный" образ горячего молодого мужчины более естественен и понятен . После эффектного тура уже началсля сезон фестивалей , с их качественными видео и трансляциями - Вы можете посмотреть какие то последние видео , например, с Primavera Sound, - это будет неожиданно💯!!! Хотя , наверное, стоит сначала всё таки посмотреть прошлогодние фестивали, давние шоу и награждения - очень, очень необычные будут впечатления 🔥‼️ МИР☮️

Lo hanno vinto anche Marco Carta e i Jalisse.. Questione di marketing e di accordi fra etichette musicali.. Come nel loro caso.. Piacciono perché trasgressivi e volgari.. Discutibile ma purtroppo le nuove generazioni sono attratte da questo.. Ma per favore, la musica e il vero rock sono altro.
