Mets regressing a bit. We need to get our pitching in order and get those bats hot again. I think the loss of Alvarez has deflated everyone a bit, but JD is coming soon and I fully believe we can pull it together and get through the next couple months until Alvarez and Senga return.

Winn, Ahmed, Chapman, and Conforto were the heroes today. Watching with morbid curiosity as Slater and Murphy attempt to outduel each other to bat .050 first...

ConfortO-for-Four... even when he manages to do something good, he's still pretty bad. Watching him round 3rd base running at full tilt he looks soft, slow and out of shape. We are just watching another .240/55RBI season with extended slumps of zero production ahead. A terrible Giant, hopefully Zahdi goes with him after this year, I was hoping he would opt out but even he knew he couldn't get that Jung Ugh Lee money anywhere else but the foolish Giants

Only way to cheer for the Mets is by seriously lowering your expectations. Took me way too long to learn this lesson. That's the DNA of this organization.
