3 Mins in and it already looks good enough to eat! Also being Australia calling a bell pepper a capsicum is normal, but you said red bell pepper and green capsicum, although they are both the same =) Just thought I'd mention it, great recipe =^)
First of all rajma needs to be soaked for long time before it can be cooked which is not mentioned and no mention about dry herbs, cooking time for each stages etc.
