As a man married to a Colombian woman, they could have picked a stronger Colombian dish than the ceviche. Sorry but it's really not that good compared to Peruvian, Ecuadorian and Mexican ceviches. I honestly wouldn't even call it a ceviche. I mean it's ok but not distinctive enough in my opinion.

Fritanga (with gallopinto, queso frito, chancho, carne y pollo, ensalada nica, tajadas and cacao to drink), nacatamal con pan, milca soda and a cacao, baho or vigoron (hard to decide on one, love them both), quesillo, enchilada nica, and for dessert a slice of 3 leches cake (originated in Nicaragua; 2 or 3 countries claim the same),, and some bunuelos and a pico (sweet bread). Boom, did the work for you guys lol. I suggest " Sabor Nicaragüense" on Western Ave or LA 27 in that same area, there are about 4 or 5 Nica restaurants in one spot near Pico/Union.
