Can you at least introduce puff puff , buns , coconut sweet, pito or egg roll as Nigerian alternative to desert and instead of giving them those drinks make them try some supermalt, origin , lacasera for drinks
That Ogbono is not ogbono, the ponmo doesn't look seasoned, the egusi was not looking good, the moimoi sef no follow. Please get a better cook next time who understands how to really make Nigerian dishes
I like drinking Tia Maria and my alternative is Kahlua and only found out when I came it is made there. I also went to tasting of Tequila and for the first time found several that I like...brought 6 bottles back to UK and sent 3 to my friend in Nigeria...next time I come need to go watch wrestling.
I think people who make Nigerian food make it milder so other people can eat it. It would have been nice to hear you tell them what egusi was. This made me hungry. Ogbono is not for everyone just like okra...
