That is such a beautiful crossover. Takumi reunites his AE86 and that is an amazing work. Also, I will try to watch MF Ghost and I hope they do this in anime.

Since we already saw Ryosuke and Keisuke, it's unavoidable, just like Naruto and Sasuke in Boruto. There are very logical rumors that the special surgery Ryosuke is performing, is Bunta's cancer surgery caused by smoking, so it might be a good reason, the author will use as to explain why Takumi has stepped back from public appearances. Takumi never dreamed to be famous anyway and is a very humble person.

It would be crazy if they open a new circuit, which is actually Mount Akina, and suddenly when Keisuke is doing the set record the ae86 appears and sets the record (and no one beats it). And then Takumi appears again and does the long awaited Takumi vs Keisuke rematch

I honestly wouldn't mind the actual anime to be in this hybrid format, where the characters are 2D anime while the cars and the track/background is rendered in Blender or straight up in a game engine. Feels like it's still a while for anime studios to get a deft hand on 3D...

Yeah man, it would be interesting, too bad ain't any anime implementing this probably due to budgeting and production speed concern, as the manga have too much chapter ongoing. xD

The music in the first scene are same as Takumi battling Kyoichi Sudo in Akagi and blow his AE86 engine. Same music, different feeling.

@@karahankarahan7955 thank you 🙏 it been long ago those cars are in my folder, Keisuke FD I found it from ac totsugeki, and ryosuke FC one are found randomly in the internet.
