It’s not cheese to bring in SEAD and back out in fact eugen has it as a tip on the load screen it feels like an exploit but is actually encouraged by the devs

The SEAD backing out mechanic should be made official if it's not actually intentional. That's straight up what you would do IRL. Not only that, but SEAD would explode AA that does not turn off, similar to a ground interception. Edit : It's intentional.

Exactly right. Sead doesn't operate in a vacuum. There would also be a strike package.

This game needs a serious AI rework. Basically all that the AI does is push more and more units down a narrow road. Even a ruSSian general would know there are several others. In all seriousness, the soviets were good at flanking and encircling manoeuvres, so I don't see why they just parade down a single road in this game.
