Yes you can change the language. You can also download the Mi Fitness App and choose China as your region and it should connect. That’s what I did.

5ATM will withstand pressures equivalent to about 50 meters, or 164 ft under water. It is important to note that this is a measure of pressure NOT depth. 5ATM doesn't mean the watch can be used diving to a depth of 50 meters.

If you're happy with the Mi Band 6 then don't worry too much about. But before you buy any new tech product, take a look online and when it was released, if it's coming up to a year then there might be another version coming out soon.

I had the six and replaced it with the seven. It's not an upgrade at all. In fact i like my six better but i destroyed it in the sauna. These things cannot handle excessive heat

If you can live without the AOD, mi band 6 isn't that bad, although i have to say the ui is not as clean as 7

I returned the device to the seller, and bought an Amazfit gtr4 instead. Couldn't be happier with my choice, I am absolutely loving this watch. Its twice the price, but in my opinion worth every cent. UI is way smoother and looks better by a mile. Watchfaces are also alot nicer than the rather boring and plain ones from Xiaomi. Its the smartwatch I didnt knew I needed. I can highly recommend this device.

Actually if your talking abt looks n a slightly smoother UI...Amazfit leads. However, if you're looking at the accuracy of the sensors n monitoring results, there are many others better choice like Mi Band 7 Pro n other like Huawei Watch Fit2 that is almost the same price point with your Amazfit.

​@Joel Chan no use of accurate sensors if the watch won't start without pairing with the shitty mi fitness app. And won't pair with app at all after latest update of the app

I had one of the original Amazfit, I swear I will never buy another. The apps are terrible compared to Samsung. until the day ZEPP improve their apps don't buy amzfit

If you want to use nfc payment then you can't use the nfc outside china if you get china version

Check out the videos of The Quantified Scientist. He basically tests smart watches with a good level of accuracy… On his graphs Amzfit ranked the lowest on things like HRM, giving very inaccurate results. The Mi Band 7 fared a little better, giving good-great results on stationary bicycle exercises, but much poorer results for OTR bicycling. The Mi Band 7 (and presumably Pro which he didn’t test, but I’m assuming the same sensors on both) had apparently extremely accurate step counter, and I think the SpO2 did well also

I guess it will be ok as my phone uses the UK App Store and I downloaded the Mi Fitness App and then just set my region to China and it connected.

It should. But you have to change the region to China Mainland.

It will work if u set country China but for today Zepp life app much better than Mi fitness.

I doubt it would come. It's a smart band, you can't install apps on it.

@Gustavo Assis unless they make WearOS devices AKA Android Wear. You can install apps from the play store on those devices but their battery life lasts 2 days at most, just like apple watches. So it's a big no no from me unless I can go at least 4 days without charging the watch and still have money in my pocket.

How you gonna get data to the device ? If you are gonna just use your phone, just use your phone....

There is no blood pressure sensor in any smart watch as far as I know. There is however a blood oxygen level monitor which is what she might be referring to. In this case both the Pro and normal 7 have this feature
