At New York State Attorney General Letitia James’ press conference last Wednesday, she gave a shout-out to one person in particular for helping her department kickstart its investigation into the Trump Organization’s fraudulent business practices: Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen. “The vast majority of [the lawsuit]….I had provided information on, early, early on,” he says. For over a decade, Cohen was smack dab in the middle of Trump’s inner circle, but now he’s spilling the beans. Cohen said he was doing okay at his law firm, but when Trump took a liking to him, it was very glamorous- private jets and big parties and famous people, and that really pulled him in. But the FBI threatened his wife, so he turned it around. He's been extremely helpful and he is doing some good now. I don't see him as totally redeemed, but I do see him as on the path. Somebody who will stick up for their wife, that is something.

People like Michael are cast off without a second thought, unlike Weisselberg, who quietly holds so much power over them. I'm going to be honest and say I used to really despise this guy. Did not trust him at all. I can now say I truly believe he has redeemed himself and has had a "come to Jesus" moment lol ...not that I'm religious just using that as a metaphor.
