I decided to register Independent. The only difference between the Democrats and the Republicans is the spelling of the idealogy. We must not continue to allow the Black Elites to call all the shots for the Black Community. Dyson has great ideas; however, we must continue to watch our backs concerning both major parties.

Thanks Eric Dyson. The 'simple' minded bigots will never admit to the institutionalised bias in their system, if you benefit from something, it is very hard to give it up. All that most black people want is NOT to be looked upon as less human, and just be given reasonable if not equal opportunity!.

I admired Mr. Dyson, met Him at a book signing in Berkeley, California; Years ago, told Me His Mom was from Alabama like Me, but when He said vote democrat in this video, I'm gonna have to reevaluate 'Preciate tha autograph though, clearly a great Orator. It's 2016, We should all be doubting Thomases, & being aware of anyone who steers us to continuously support the establishment via voting, pretty sure He knows what the electoral College is, not knocking Him, used to be that Guy, but that's just my opinion.

If Dyson is so brillant he better appreciate on what he is seeing now! Because, a black man as president and a first black lady we will NEVER see this again. This might happen again in about 200 years.

What Do Rev.Dr. Cornel West, Rev. DrMichael Eric Dyson, and Rev. Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith not have in common with the only once-married-and-never-divorced Drs. William and Camille Cosby? Serious infidelity(-ies). Library and Internet research are essential for understanding. Race was not/ is not ever anyone's sole original separation from Unconditional Love and Unconditional Positive Regard and LTLTITGLOA, TGR.

At 47:31, his response was completely unnecessary & out-of-pocket. She did not deserve that aggressive response. That was an opportunity for him to explain why this book will be useful in the long-run, not just for popular consumption and to make quick bucks. His defensive behavior revealed his insecurity about the content and effectiveness of his book. #NEXT...Meanwhile, he is publishing a book that is making many of the same exact arguments Cornel West was making about Obama...Now, MED is criticizing Obama on race...mmm because he now knows he's leaving and his invites to the white house are over? #sellout
