Seeing Michael Jordan pull moves on YOUNG Shaq is absolutely insane. I was a little too young to grow up watching Jordan but I grew up watching Shaq. It's mind boggling to me that the most athletic version of Shaq went up against MJ and this is what happened. I hear talk about how MJ wouldn't do well in today's league because players are bigger and stronger - they're definitely not bigger and stronger than Shaq, and we see what he accomplished playing against Shaq...
Keep in mind, that it took him almost 8 years to win his first title. Had to get all the right pieces to the puzzle. We can go way back to when the Celtics were running shit like water, behind Bill Russell and company. Jordan would have had a tougher time getting inside on those guys. Bill Russell made that statement himself: Nobody beats us.
@@darnellwilcox4600 You must be smoking Bill is 6 10 is even smaller that never seen moves like MJ...You must be jokester looking for a laugh here one 😆
Faster era. Stronger era. Harder era. Better era ! N MJ was the best. He would laugh at defences now. Back then it was actually a challenge. MJ NUMBER 1
*5"8 Isiah Thomas in the 2016/17 season: 29-ppg and Top 5 in the MVP vote.* Lebron fans have the nerve to proclaim that Michael Jordan cannot dominate this era.
Exactly and still these millennials think and say that Lebron would destroy MJ in a single game because he’s faster, stronger, and a better scorer hahahahaha
Yall are mistaken. Lebron dont get calls when he drives in. Jordan does look at the free throw line comparison Jordan got to be fearless. Lebron has to be smart
@Aaron Daneils MJ played against guys way taller than the so called king AND STRONGER!!!! Need a couple of examples? Karl Malone 6’10 one of the best physique in the NBA back then ( look him up ), Alonzo Mourning 6’10, Larry Johnson 6’6 ( MJs size but built like a tank hahahaha) Patrick Ewing 7’1 powerful center back then, Hakeem Olajuwon 7’0 one of the best all around centers there was back then, Anthony Mason also built like a tank and so on!!!!
Ok, let me get this straight Ewing: 7.0 Feet, Knicks Legend And Franchise Player, 7x All NBA, 3x All Defensive, 11x All Star, Original Dream Team Robinson: 7.1 Feet, Spurs Legend and Franchise Player, 1x MVP, 2x NBA Champ, 1x Rebounds Champ, 1x Shot Blocker Champ, 1x Defensive Player, 10x All NBA, 8x All Defensive, 10x All Star, Original Dream Team Mourning: 6.10 Feet, Franchise Player, 2x Shot Blocker Champ, 2x All NBA, 2x All Defensive, 2x Defensive Player, 7x All Star, 1x NBA Champ O’Neal: 7.1 Feet, Franchise Player, 2x Scoring Champ, 3x All Defensive, 14x All NBA, 14x All Star, 3x Finals MVP, 1x MVP, 4x NBA Champ Olajuwon: 7.0 Feet, Rockets Legend, Franchise Player, 2x Rebounds Champ, 3x Shot Blocker Champ, 12x All NBA, 9x All Defensive, 2x Defensive Player, 1x MVP, 2x Finals MVP, 2x NBA Champ And yet Jordan “toyed” every single one of them while he was at the Bulls. So Please…no more comparison between him and Lebron… Simply No Contest
Puhleeze Jordan never toyed with Olajuwon. Get your history straight: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CojZJmmRlxg.htmlsi=iFvKEF_j52nJqcjW

@@pickzkickz Jordan dunked on him too. And why you have to bring up Hakeem when no one was even talking about him? Hakeem has been bounced from the 1st round of the playoffs 8x in his career.
If Jordan were on hd the NBA would be rated R television and the bulls games should be televized on parental control channels because the level of blood, Gore, decapitation, murders, psychological damage, strong words, humiliations, sexuality and disrespectful content.... And the stadiums would just sold tickets to adults and kids would not be allowed because the level of suicidal content on MJ victims.... That's why tech wasn't in 4k UHD in those years.... They wanted to maintain a little blurry of those bizarre images... 😁💪🏾
Best basketball ever played in the NBA. MJ forced the NBA & global marketing to get on HIS LEVEL, but today they're trying to maintain that wave by removing physicality to allow more highlights and scoring. That ain't hoop. Imagine MJ or Bubba Chuck unleashed without penalty of hard fouls on top of the overall physicality they overcame? They'd terrorize these kids without mercy or conscience, and there'd be a ton of'em tappin' out.

@@dynamic6645 yeah but now every defender must be matched to a man; you can’t sag off your man on helpside, therefore helpside is either late or non existent
@@dynamic6645 No it wasn’t. Only on offense. Defensive 3 seconds came in 2001 or 02 to force Shaq out the paint during Lakers 3 peat. The other owners in the league had seen enough.
Kobe does resemble the older version of MJ, especially the fade away shot and his mentality. But young MJ, there no way in earth human able to perform at his level it’s Poetry in motion because there no word to describe.
When Mj is on the air, he has a lot of ways to put the ball on the hoops. I still didn't see a player surpass his caliber, today there's a lot of great dunkers.,🐏🐏🐏
They clearly wouldn't, and it's just that simple. Scoring average would be alot higher. What concerns me though and it comes to mind, would today's game somehow try and limit his touches on the ball, and to get his teammates more evolved. Would they surround him with the right pieces, and would the chemistry work, and remember, their is no I in team. What is the point in scoring 60 + points a game, if your team still goes down in flames. Would there be the right coach put in place in today's game, in exercising Jordans talent and his supporting cast. I don't have the answer to any of this, but one thing is certain: Michael Jordan was given a God given gift to play basketball on a higher level than anybody I've ever seen.
I love how they not only showed how he broke them offensively but defensively as well. This is with no bs 3 second rule, just men playing basketball the way they grew up. !Take it to the lane and let the best man win. These aren't second string players all definite HOFamers. Legendary clips, iconic status, GOAT title no question.
Love the slo-mo... shows how great MJ was and certainly in a league of his own. His skills, speed, strength, agility, positioning and wonderful basketball cerebral.
Clear to see from these clips how clogged up the lanes were back then. With no defensive 3 second rule or restricted area. MJ really had to work for his points and dunks.
MJ not only brutalized and dismantled the Knicks but traumatized Ewing for life, PERIOD!!!! I like the fact that until this day Ewing acknowledge how dangerous, skillful and amazing Jordan was and not like some of those who were interviewed and reacted in denial hahahahah ( example: Bill Laimbeer, Karl Malone, Isaiah and so on ) and of course, they are not obligated to say nice things about him.
Lebron would adapt but back then they had alot of big bodies. You right about him bricking at the freethrow line...that is why he cannot be the greatest

All those centers didn't know who blocked them until they turned around and saw Jordan lol... Jordan is probably the one and only guard to go stright at the centers offensively and defensively and come out on top... We got a lot of WGN Chicago while living in Arizona as kids and man my friends were lovong MJ, i am a Phoenix Suns fan and he destroyed us with ease lol but i can't deny his greatness... Thank you for showing his game on both ends, he will forever be number one and glad we got to witness greatness...
That's why He is the Goat! Having played against most of the greatest players of all time and beaten them with style and grace. Most of them have a 'BUT' in their career all because of MJ dominance.
Why all of the sudden everyone’s 4got how GREAT MJ WAS..???!!!???..MJ dominated both ends defensively & offensively... LeBron is a great player BUT MJ was a Beast and G.O.A.T.
This is a tangible proof that MJ is the King of GOATs. He went toe to toe against the most formidable big men of the game and prevailed successfully. Now the self-proclaimed goat, Queen Lebroom, had his ass whipped 6 times out of 10 visits to the finals in a watered-down league full of floppers and sissies. The Queen has never had the moxie to stay in Cleveland and make it a powerhouse but, on the contrary, he's always been in the hunt for super teams to get the job done and in the process screwed the balance of power in the NBA.
Then cry over and over just because he can't beat the gsw with kd.. 😂😂😂 when his team is in advantage he was acting all king.. But when faced with competition he ran to the commissioner to suspend the defensive player in gsw.. 😂
Maaayne siddown with this nonsense. Jordan didnt go no toe to toe with no HOF Centers back then. He got to check weaker perimeter players with a lot of help from Scottie. They were all fighting each other for awards because the Center position was ridiculously stacked in the 90s. Who da heck was Jordan's toughest comp? Mitch career empty stats Richmond? Lol
Someone said on another video: nowadays you have 125 lbs Trae Young prancing up and down the court, unchallenged, putting up half court shots. How the game has devolved.
I have to admit i've seen James make insane great plays, but MJ some of the plays i've seen are so crazy insane great you think he was on some kind of Kryptonite!!!!!
The amazing thing is that Jordan had a step on Robinson with his back turned. Yet Robinson was quick enough to turn around and still contest Jordan at the basket.
You have to be out of your skull to even think anyone who has ever laced them up is even close to the level of MJ. These clips are almost 30 years old and still no one in the game matches his level of dominance. There isn't a single player in history that would stop Michael. Curry blows my mind with his shooting range and smooth finishes. But he doesn't expose alpha athletic giants by ripping their manhood from them during a game like Michael. Lebron likes to bully his way to the rim on smaller players. But he is no alpha predator. Kobe and Larry are the only 2 I can think of outside of Michael that hunted for the opposing teams top player to shred them. They knew they were the prey. Great video Ball is Life!
