I consider myself fortunate enough to have been born and raised in Chicago, and I was a kid/teen during the Bulls double three-peat. Seeing games during the first 3-peat in the old Chicago Stadium was insane because that place got LOUD. Jordan is our hero, and no other player can compare to him.

Not just superior on offense but also on defense. All throughout his career he was consistent. Even in his wizards years he still had the same mentality, but unfortunately lost some of his athleticism due to his age, could still trash today's players in game tho.

Most of the people who try to put down Jordan in order to elevate LeBron fall into one out two categories. Either they are old heads who were fans of other teams that Jordan used to destroy, and now that LeBron is the top player of this era they can get their revenge on MJ by elevating LeBron over him. Or they are younger kids who never got to see Jordan play. So they have to big up LeBron so they can say they saw the best to ever do it; even though deep down they know Jordan was better!
I was cheering against Jordan in those years and he’s the 🐐 and it’s not close. The Suns and Sonics in the 90s were my 2 favorite teams. Kobe is closer to him than Lebron, but MJ is on a completely different level.

Jordan could control a game like no one you ever seen. On both ends of the floor. In his youth he was athletic artistry at its finest. No one moves like him. So agile and springy at 6'6". Watch other guys dunk, they need to gather themselves before going the other way. Jordan hits the ground he already moving down the other way. He's Black Cat, and would land like one.

All the people I just named are legends of the game, check out Oscar, Elgin and West. They came before Jordan but they left with him in their group!

Being a Knicks fan in the 1990s too as a kid too dreaded to see them play against Jordan. I tell you it's fun to see defensive oriented game. You can see players actually setting up plays that mattered most every second of the game. Today's game is more like YMCA high scoring all offense no defense game. Players today don't like antagonizing their friends during the game. I tell you many people don't watch basketball anymore because of these shit that doesn't belong in sports in the first place.
