Michaels brilliant, his skill at delivering jokes based on things we’ve all thought about or experienced at some point in our lives are second to none. We’ve probably all thought about trying to make a joke out of the topics he chooses, we all know what he’s on about when he tells the joke, we may have even told similar jokes ourselves, but his version is always the funniest 😂

The driving away part without waiting for the whole window to clear is so incredibly accurate. “I know these streets!” 😂

The reason he is so funny is because it relates to everyone, he’s brilliant

Cringing to death because the “driving off” is me. I know it’s dangerous now, but when i’m in the situation, my brain fails me.

This is why Christmas in Australia is awesome. Because we get all that excitement leading up to Christmas and then when it's over we have two more months of summer and good weather to look forward to!!

This is what I love about Shetland. After Christmas and new year are done and by with, we have 12 fire festivals that happen over the next 3 ish months, known as Up Helly Aa season, even though the one that takes place in Scalloway (the first of the year) is just known as Scalloway fire festival and not Scalloway Up helly Aa, all the others are known as Up Helly Aa's, and the main one on the last Tuesday in january is the big one that I believe is to welcome back the sun after the dark winter. So we do kinda have something to get us through the winter months post Christmas

In the US, especially Alaska, our cars become an igloo like you said! My husband had to dig the car out of the snow, scrape the snow and ice off the windshields and door windows, and thaw out the door handle and locks just to get in the car! Then he had to heat the inside which was colder than the outside! Fond memories! Not so much for him!

Frozen windscreen day is most days in nov-dec and feb-april in the south of Finland. Jan-feb is often too cold for the windows to freeze because it's so cold that there is no moisture in the air to stick to the windows in the first place....... loovely.

The other day my car was iced up, I figured I'd just start the engine and leave it for a few minutes to warm up. So I'd turned the key from outside the car, not realizing I'd left the gear stick in first and the handbrake off! Luckily I was only parked in front of a hedge.

As a Canadian raised by British parents, Pancake Day was my 2nd favourite day of the year! I still (many years later) do not eat Canadian/American style pancakes...or maple syrup.
