Michigan's top 10 best places to go for off roaders! Our list of the top 10 best trails, best routes and more to visit and ride in Michigan. We show a bit of each top rated Michigan trail system, give them a rating and a few honorable mentions (good and bad) at the end of the video.
If your looking for some of the best great places in Michigan to do some off road riding you have come to the right place. Let us know what you think of these area's and what you think would be the best or what order you would put them in?
Keep in mind we've done video's individually on all of these locations that may show them in more detail.

You would love it! You could run them sport quads through miles of great trails and hills with some great places to stop for a nice meal!

I can't believe there is no mention of the Keweenaw Peninsula, the mountains, cliffs, water falls and shorelines provide for the most incredible scenery I've ever seen out riding.

The scenery there is exceptional for sure, we just went there too. It is something we debated on putting in as an honorable mention at the end, scenery is a 10 there for sure! We will be back in the area for sure

After accidentally watching your video I got my old honda 4 Trax out of the hibernation it suffered from to try what you do like I did years ago . Great videos

Thank you for watching! We hobble around ourselves a lot of the time and try to make sure we ride as comfortable as possible while having fun riding and seeing the sites. The newer machines are so much more comfortable than they used to be.

Great information. Just bought a 2023 king quad 500 power steering looking forward to the 2024 riding season. Mostly ride southern ohio ,Michigan looks like a lot of fun. Keep up the great work!!

@DirtyJakTheDustyBean More hills in southern ohio for sure always a great time. If you get a chance be sure to go to wayne national forest, Monday creek. Our group really enjoys the night rides and there is camping at the trail heads.

@DirtyJakTheDustyBean Monday creek has over 70 miles of trails . Go to wayne national forest website for trail maps. You are welcome to ride with our group any time. We recently rode taylor park in Colorado and have rode Hatfield McCoy trails several times. We have rode your number one trails in kalkaska and they were great. Happy trails!!

Well done! My current top 5: #1 Luzurne, #2 Leota, #3 Black Mountain, #4 St Helen Kalkaska, Drummond Island and Indian River are scheduled trips on our list for this year BTW, were you guys at the Black Mountain Scramble area Labor Day weekend of last year? Standing in the parking lot operating a drone?

@@DirtyJakTheDustyBean We were parked behind you in a white GMC and open trailer with three ATV's. I could not figure out if I knew you or not, and I didn't want to bother you and mess up your drone footage. A couple days later it dawned on me where I had seen you before. Lol! I had forgotten about it until I watched this video. Maybe next time!

Awesome video. Was curious what kind of mount you have for your gps? I just got a garmin with vv mapping and trying to figure out the best way to mount it.

We use a ram mount with our Magellan TRX7. The Magellan is not as good from what we hear as VV Mapping is but we have used it so long we are used to it- lol.
