Hi, enjoy your videos. Is there a point in time that you have done micrografts, the leaves are still holding and you think they have passed the worse. I did my first few and its been only 5 weeks so far. Or, can they stay dormant with leaves way past 2 months. Thanks much from the hills of jamaica.
Thanks for watching. Yes, they can stay dormant for over a couple months and not show any new growth. As long as it is holding the leaves and they don't look wilted and hanging limp then you should remain hopeful. High humidity and shade will probably help them stay alive.
I am still waiting patiently for roots to be visible through the plastic. I have heard it can take a very long time and can even take a year or more. I will keep an eye on it and give a follow up if anything happens. It is possible my attempt was not done well enough for it to be successful. Thanks!
