Hey Reza,thanks for your vedio. i tried the same steps for tabs as suggested in thsi vedio. My scenario is i want to show a few columns dynmically based up on a choice value which i was able to do the same . How ever when i tried to move from one tab to another user filled text boxes in first tab has been gone . how to get the data from all tabs on submit button? any help is much apprciated

Hello Reza. Great work in showing the exciting possibilities Dataversere for Teams offers. So, as I understand it, Dataverse for Teams is pretty much a database created for a particular team's app. This database can store many tables and we can create relationships between the tables. My questions are, is the 1M records limit the combined total for ALL records in ALL tables, or 1M record per table in the database? And also, can we build multiple apps in the same team? I presume so but just for clarity 🙂

Thank you Mojo. 1M/2GB is the combined limit of all the tables in a database (per Team). You can build multiple Apps in same team. All good questions :)

Hi Reza, This is related to Dataverse table, at most how many columns we can create in single table, is it possible to create 300 columns in single table, and here is 15 lookup and 20 people picker columns in addition to these remaining columns.

I have not tested its limits. Ideally you should not need 300 columns. It would be better to look at the information architecture and split your schema across multiple tables.

Wish I could show the forms I build if possible in Dataverse still have not gotten my tables into SQL out of Access but this to me it has been frustrating to get data out of Access on the web I wanted my forms which I use to express data on my sites no button no queries button into past other into future every record is a day each field a astronomical calculation transits of the stars sun moon asteroids planets part of a almanac. I gave up on trying to do it out of Access this Dataverse is interesting

what is difference between diamond symbol (i understand that is premium) and the bulb symbol next to connectors? Also how could you keep us engaging just finished an hour of recorded session, and still did n't feel bored at all from start...:)

"Name" is not the primary key. The primary key field is created separately as the name of the table and as an auto number. You can see this if you go into the columns option for the table where you see the full list of fields. It's a confusing naming convention that MS have used to refer to a primary name field if you create a lookup to one of these tables. Therefore "primary name" "primary key".

Thats correct. Name is not the primary key, there is a column with table name and that is a GUID and not an auto number.

i have a standard app inside my teams it is default shared to OMG. What happens if i upgrade it? i understand that each user should have premium licenses to utilize the app. What about guest users? Can they access the app that is upgraded to premium for free?

Guest users would also need a premium license in that case. They can either get the license from their tenant or can be assigned one in your tenant.

hey Reza, one question about sharing and using Power App developed in Teams. I published an app in a Team's channel and team members cannot see the tab. As far as I know, our Teams Admin has restricted the policy so the teams members won't create their own Power Apps in Teams. Is there a possibility for team members to use Power App in Teams without permission to create their own app? I searched through a lot of forums etc. but couldn't find any fitting answer. Thank you very much in advance!

After a deep dive into the MS Documentation, I found an answer: for that one has to add the app to teams channel specifically from the Built by your colleagues catalog section. In this case all team members will be able to use the app not still won't have access to make their own apps.
