The second video guides you through a scenario you can demonstrate to customers and prospects by leveraging Microsoft Sales Copilot, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
This video is a compliment to the first video outlining the steps on how to configure and integrate this seamless experience.
Microsoft Sales Copilot helps sellers dramatically reduce the time they spend on basic tasks. AI capabilities from Copilot help draft email responses to customers, set up meetings in Microsoft Outlook, and can create an email summary of a Teams meeting in Outlook. The meeting summary pulls in details from the seller’s CRM such as product and pricing information, as well as insights from the recorded Teams call.
