It actually saved us money. When all you're buying is meat, butter, and eggs, it ends up costing less than also buying all of the fillers and extras. If it's really working well, it may be worth it to buy half a steer or pig for the freezer once a year or taking up hunting and fishing for yourself. My mother made it work on a poverty-level fixed income. She found out when each store did their markdowns and was there when the door opened on that day of the week for the cuts that were about to expire or had some packaging issues. She got canned salmon from the food bank. She ate a LOT of eggs and butter. Walmart liver is insanely cheap. I don't like it, but she did and was able to have 2-3 meals of liver a week for very little money. Sure, it wasn't ideal, but she managed to arrest her 'inoperable' cancer for the two years it took to find a surgeon on the other side of the country who was willing to try. I'm not in the "you can only eat grass-fed, massaged by blind virgins, gently drowned to the sounds of an angelic choir," camp of carnivore. If you can't afford the best, it's still better to eat cheap meat and eggs than all the other crap that's in a typical American diet.

Just because it was all our ancestors had available for survival, it doesnt mean thats whats optimal for nutrition. We found that out through advances in science
I actually did this diet for a couple of months. All I had was stake and sparkling water. I lost quite a bit of weight and my sleep patterns improved a lot. I just didn't have the will power to keep it up.
Its hard to do, i was doing that but now i incorporate some kind of carbs once a day(fruit included) once a day. And now its more manageable. Better than having carbs on every meal
I couldn't go with eating meat only. Vegetables have so much natural vitamins and it satisfies me. I do though however don't eat anything with added sugar, chocolate, potato chips, dairy, wheat, peanuts or anything that is processed. Some people have said to me what do you eat?! It seems like you don't have many choices and I have said back to them there are so many good stuff for what I eat and I don't miss out on anything else that regular people eat. I am very happy with my diet. The chocolate and potato chips was something I gave up because they were too addicting. Haven't had any these since 2022.
Most people unfortunately don't have the luxury of just changing there diet to fix whats wrong in there life. They just wake up and everyday is suffering through no fault of there own.

I started eating life a caveman myself along with a 4 day a week workout routine. Just ate meat and drank water like it was my job and gained 24 pounds of solid muscle in 6 months.
I can't believe she figured it out all on her own and discovered the human ancestral diet whilst operating on a dying breath the entire time and whilst so much of the industrialised world has censored and silenced such alternative sources of diet and health. It's truly remarkable what Mikhaila has done... she's tough as nails.
@@jmswillow5969You clearly know nothing about her. The challenges she's had to overcome with her health have nothing to do with her dad. All the money in the world couldn't protect her from severe juvenile arthritis that caused her to suffer so badly she was suicidal.
I really believe that everyone should eat what they feel it's good for them and it never ever should be anyone else's business. I am vegetarian, I don't feel good when I eat meat, my husbands eats tons of meat and I cook for him and I don't see a problem here
its in the explanation there's no miss stakes in this diet!? eat only steaks 🥩 take vitamin supplements and you've got the perfect diet for a lean healthy body. Oh and forget about all the naysayers theyll always be those thatll find fault in everything we do!? there's no perfect world we just strive for what's best for all. in finding a perfect balance in our life in whats actually a short journey? where if we live 100 years that's a blink of an eye compared to forever!
Fish and a rice cake meme running rampant through my head hearing the diet… thats discipline like no one in Britain is likely to have?! Massive fan of the entire family of course and genuinely stoked this has helped her get her life under control
But it is the meat that works or is the elimination? I mean if you stop eating everything else, sure you eliminate the food that triggered you autoimmune issues but that doesn't meant what you eat fixed the issue perhaps was what you stopped eating what did the job.
I'm sorry I just think this woman is clearly just trying to sell her business. I find it insanely hard to believe someone cured their autoimmune disease by only eating steak. Please tell me how that makes any scientific sense.

Some people just love been influenced. I miss the days where people had their own minds and weren’t easily fooled by psychopaths. Hats off to ur brands and tates tho. It’s a great act. I personally hate been screamed and shouted at by people foaming at the mouth

She must have heard about the carnivore diet from DR. Pradip Jamnados lecture in the You Tube title" THE FAT LIES" A 1 HOUR TALK. I suggest that open minded good folks have a go for it it might change your life forever!
A colleague told me about their father who used to eat steak every day. He ended up having a heart attack in his early 40s (shocker). Red meat every single meal is a terrible idea. I know this woman's PH balance is wild.
You actually end up pooping very little. When you eat nothing but meat your body can use about 98% of what you're putting in. There just isn't much to come out. That does tend to freak people out in the beginning. You're stomach is flat, you don't feel constipated, but you're only going once every 3-7 days (depending on the individual) and it's not massive. You just don't have much going to waste. Personally, I'm starting to wonder what good all the veggies are doing if we're just pooping them right out. That means all the 'nutrition facts' are nonsense because you can't get to the vitamins and minerals in the first place.That's exactly how I ended up anemic on a high-iron plant based diet. On paper, I was getting plenty, but I'm not a cow and can't digest plant matter.
To be fair, if you're going onto a television program, they will likely put alot of makeup on you. I was once interviewed on a TV show about twenty years ago as a man, and I was amazed at the amount of work they did on me.

He does follow this diet. He almost died of a rare, near-fatal reaction to a benzodiazepam that he was prescribed while his wife was battling stage 4 cancer and it took several doctors far too long to figure out what was going on. Mikhaila addresses it on her RU-vid channel.
I agree with her but I believe that is not only the diet she is still young and about this diet sound kind of impossible to keep it for years it seems not sustainable financially and mentally I mean every single day of your life only this it must be boarding,but congratulations
