Milind received admits from two of the best 1-year MBA programs in India - Indian School of Business and IIM Ahmedabad's PGPX. We caught up with him to learn more about his application journey.
Milind graduated from IIT-BHU in 2012 with a degree in mining engineering and had an almost 9-year career in the industry. He also took a year off to prepare for UPSC, something that is very common among Indian candidates.
As Milind was applying for MBA programs with quite a higher work experience compared to the average classroom profiles, we discussed heavily about the strategies he could adopt, and how he could portray the motivation and need for the MBA to progress further in his career.
