My immediate first thought is building Rylai's so your teammates inside your W are constantly proccing spell damage from you so they can either infinitely kite or chase while having more range then their opponents ever will. EDIT: probably won’t work as people are pointing out that Riot already has systems in place for things like Nami and Lulu so they can’t just build liandry’s and have other champions proc it for them. Seems like enchanter bonus damage is coded to be sourced from the champion attacking so this wouldn’t work. Probably for the best.

The difference between Milio and Yuumi is that YOU CAN FREAKING TARGET HIM WITHOUT HAVING TO KILL THE MOST FED ENEMY. You need to actually aim the Q and even though he has an AoE cleanse, he can't cast it when he is CC'ed himself so catching him first is posible

i am pleasantly surprised. yeah he might be broken but his kit actually reads like smth out of 2017 which i applaud. give us more simplisity

I am curious how this will interact with Nilah and melee champs. This could be very useful for her especially with her neutral

Milio seems like he's going to have _very_ high cooldowns on most of his skills in order to justify their ease of use and utility, in the same way as Renata. If his uptime isn't high, he'll be a lot less scary than the overall effects of his kit imply. Still looks fun though.

i think that the r is less busted than it sounds. In a lot team fights it will not really have more value than mikael's (depending on heal numbers) , on top of it (hopefully) having a long cd

It's nothing like Yuumi lol. You can actually catch him out, he has a bit of self peel but something like fiora would destroy him if positioned badly. Also he plays just like any other enchanter. If he plays like Yuumi, so does nami, Lulu, Janna, Renata

I think the aoe cleanse is being overlooked, it takes alot of game knowledge and positioning skill in order to make an aoe cleanse gain alot of value, remember cleanse doesn't remove knockups so it makes his r more situational then i think people are understanding

Looks wonderful. It depends on the numbers in the end. But I fear it could be Giga broken in Pro and super useless in SoloQ by trying to fix it for pro play.

Played him on the PBE, one thing I quickly realized is his q is extremely easy to dodge and the only other damaging ability is his passive. With his w having a 26 second cooldown early, he struggle very hard into heavy trades.

This reminds me of Vex in terms of how simple it is. it's refreshing. Some thoughts: 1. The attack range boost seems like it'll be best on champions who already have high attack range because it is % based, not a flat increase. To put this on display, on Miss Fortune who has 550 attack range, the boost amounts to 660 at rank 5. On Caitlyn, who has 650 attack range, the boost amounts to 780. 2. His W looks like it can be recast multiple times rather than just once like Gwen's. That probably means that most of the skill expression from this champ is (probably) going to come from how you position your W in teamfights. Obviously how you use his other abilities will matter, especially his R, but yeah. 3. This isn't gameplay based but it's funny that I think when most people said "we want a male enchanter" they probably meant a male e-boy enchanter (ala Rakan but a healer) and instead they got a kid lol.

It kinda looks like the campfire turns all autos into magic damage as well which means it forces MR building from opponents if that's true otherwise you're gonna get destroyed by mixed damage

It's a Latin Champion, so they're name is pronounced like spanish words or names, so it's Milio (Mee-leeo) NOT Myleo (Mai-leo) >.>'' BUT if you're an english speaker and isn't good or know spanish, just do you lol, gonna be awkward if Milio's VO itself says it with an english pronounciation though xD

I am glad that they finally made a simple kit and I think that it is not overloaded.

I feel like Milio is much closer to Soraka than Yuumi, in that he can be extremely strong if protected and has the power to entirely hold your teamcomp together, but is likely prone to being killed himself - with his R not self-cleansing etc. He doesn't have the furstration of Yuumi where a) she is untargetable b) her Q is controlable (as it used to be).

Also Lulu has Q as skillshot then she has a shield (or damage but targeted), speed (or polymorph, targeted) and ult to grow an ally. She doesn't' have bad numbers

thing with the speed up. it will speed you up. while granting passive. the aoe cleanse will proc the passive... so thats a ton of added damage im also very curious. will the W disapear if he dies. or will it just stay and help your allies.

Looks to me that his CC is pretty light though. For example I am pretty certain Janna would still do a much better job if your goal is just to make sure your ADC doesn't die. We will need to look at the numbers to see if he is actually overloaded.

Idk, it feels like hes gonna be strong but i think him being busted is really number-dependent. Mostly thinking about the passive in laning phase, numbers are essentially a make/break here

Fun fact: The designers at Riot received inspiration for Milio from the Disney Movie Encanto, a story based on Colombian Culture. As a Colombian born in Canada, this is so awesome! so excited to play him in the Botlane! ( it should be pronounced: "mee-lee-oh" as per spanish pronounciation)

His passive is literally giving an ally GP passive. Imagine having GP auto you and then milio comes and enchants GP for the Q. However I feel like it'll be negligible damage like scorch maybe? But who knows we'll see when they give us numbers.

i wasn't concern at first seeing the kit, simple but somewhat enjoyable, but the further we go, the more you see how much he can do for nothing. if we make a list Milio can : Deal damage Stun Aoe heal and shield probably 2 charge for the shield MS boost and shield Aoe Attack range boost Aoe Cleanse ( that's actually busted honestly..) and all of this is really plan simple to put, he has nothing difficult to think about. Even the stun seems easy to land.

Almost every adc is going to want you to pick him because the ability to hit shit from further away is always good as an adc.

LS didn't even point it out, but the extra range is for everyone inside the area and not just for 1 champion, depending on how it works for melees you can have a broken AOE team effect, and you factor in champions with range increases (kogmaw,twitch, tristana) those extra 10%-20% start to look like a lot, I can already see another yumi case, if she was released in the ardent cancer meta my god... it would have been perma ban in worlds.

I believe it's pronounced 'Me-Lee-o' if only because that's typically how vowel-consonant-vowel works. Pronounce the 'i' like a hard 'E'
