I laugh the moment LS said RIOT dictates what a champion need to be is it to be a jungler or toplaner etc. so that's why if players think they can discover something really good on a champion if a champion can be something different its still up to RIOT if its acceptable because RIOT killed a lot of player innovations before.

I mean, to a degree its pretty clear what they intend for her. With Q and W her ganks are at least decent, she should be able to clear the jungle somewhat quickly. One pretty clear gameplan would be to take herald, come top, kill the enemy toplaner with the extra power of true form drop, the herald and nuke the turret with all the extra voidlings. samw tih Baron. Take epic Monster->take turrets.

i love that they immediately reacted to the backlash and changed her autoattacks to look less wonky

the dash being on Q and not on E is gonna throw me off

So basically if she is able to take Herald or Baron she becomes a very very mean dive and massive push threat. With the Q wall dive and then the minion spawn for after the gank. That just sounds brutal AF.

Is there really any strat you could pull with her other than power farm til 6 play for herald and go for breaking 2 turrets

could you funnel with her? taking jg camps and then pushing waves with the minion passive

im thinking well see some very tank kogmaw esque builds on her (guinsoo, titanic, kraken, tank. or just kraken titanic tank. or maybe, maybe kraken titanic manamune/fimbul tank) which is interesting and makes me wonder if that kind of unusual item interaction is something they want out of void champs moving forward.

If you look at her lore, the fact that she’s being kind of all over the place and her kit is being decided by the collective community first, is actually very fitting. Because Belveth is missing information and still “incomplete” from her lore.

I think we will see another zeri-type build on this champ but with slight adjustment....guinsoo into titanic hydra might be her core items to be able to deal with tanks as well

The minion things seems like they intend for her to get herald or baron then go to the side lanes, as she gets a longer buff for killing those objectives.

I feel like black cleaver can be extremely good since she multiple ways of stacking it really fast

i think the idea with the voidlings is, since she dosen't actually have to kill the minions they just have to die in her prescence, you take baron or rift and the push with your team/laner

the minions thing only happens after she takes herald / baron, which incentivize going for lanes even for jungler so i don't think the identity thing is a problem

I see her in a way that she is meant as a jungler but has a lot of focus around herald and baron. Her voidlings suggest that for me and lets me think of a sidelane threat jungler. Also it seem that she is intended as a map-counterpart to shyvana as she likes skirmishes around herald and baron with her true form

I think thay should change her aa to a spin to really give you the mobility swarm monster vibe. she just becomes a tornado with 2.5+ attack speed .

I actually think that the fact that she is forced to be a jungler makes her more balanced than if she was a solo laner so good on riot’s part.

The thing in Battlecast Vel'Koz splash does not look like Anivia, that looks Bel'Veth to me

Something like titanic/rageblade into tank items may be amusing for a beefy build. Or navori quickblade if riot breaks the damage reduction on her E which knowing them could be possible. In that case you would just have a perma E uptime with high damage/sustain and no damage taken…

To me she might be prone to a) feast or famine b) the power of on hit items will make or break her.

Her model to me is super strange the only thing comparable really would be anivia or quinn I guess, but she contorts her entire body just to auto attack.

We all know that if she builds full tank and is unkillable while still dealing alot of dmg. That full tank will be nerfed just like they did with zeri building bruiser and veigo building bruiser. Also she won't be able to lane because she needs lg monsters to stack her attack speed. It seem like picking a jg who can consistently invade and take away the lg monsters from her camps doesnt even have to be the whole camp will do well against her

I hope the true damage on R isn't too insane and Trinity titanic guinsoo will be a thing on her

Everyone going crazy over the infinite AA scaling, but like, she's quite short range for an AA-reliant champion, Frozen Heart seems to be incredibly useful against her, her dash cd actually relies on getting those stacks in the first place and her power seems to me like she has conditions to fulfill prior to being able to fight with such a low range, especially with having to pop the ult to be able to dash through walls, which feels to me like it's hindering her actual mobility overall, espcially as a potential jungler. We need to see the ratios and actual data from players that aren't the clickbaity, low-effort content creators that smurf in pisslow to get views and call it relevant data's videos. That being said, I like the idea of different interactions with RH and Baron and I really hope Riot does something similar for Shyvana's eventual rework when she or her team take drakes

I played her on PBE but only got like 14min in a bot game. She seems pretty cool but so far it doesn't seem op or anything. She def a jungler tho. Doesn't clear wave fast enough, in my limited opinion. I think they want people to work around jungle more? Like remember how Shyv use to (or maybe still does) get stronger with Dragon kills? Like that but for Rift/Baron. Since Dragons Soul and Elder Drags are so important it feels like with Bel they are trying to push people into wanting Rift and Baron more. The minions seem to help quite a bit with pushing power. I like her design so far and hope it changes how teams strategize around her and her control jungle style.

Can she be funneled? Her kit seems to me like she goes into the jungle initially, but she has a shitton of waveclear and malzahar like afk farming, so maybe pairing her with an enchanter lane? I imagine she would have liked the smite top enchanter meta.

Two problems I don't like. The amount of true damage better be quite low (the only true damage that i like in the game is Yone e because its not exactly true damage). Her amount of dashes is insane (although they are telegraphed so maybe it makes it fun for outplay somewhat like fiora?). I would really hope that her build is tank centric but I am kind of sad that riot just continues to make 1v9 snowball style champions. To me it makes the game feel less team fight comp focused and more on just mastering one bruiser/assassin champion and carrying the game. The e and w do look really cool though.

Hey it’s gonna come down to the numbers but I don’t see any invisibility or invulnerability, no massive shields and she does look very short ranged. Looks cool, let’s see it.

LS really wants her to go lane, but she is pure jungler. The minion thing is simply to gank kill and help push, or just take herald after 6 and push out a lane.

The true damage infinite stacking is permanent? Meaning if she ganks mid, but doesn't kill, and ganks 2 minutes later. Does she account for the hits made in her prior gank? Moreover, if she kills on ganking, does she then get the extra damage?

Lot of people always complain about champion reveal especially when they saw their abilities and its description. Then when it's released and for somehow due to excitement picking this champion and don't even know how to play it well they still complain. Even though riot will nerfed it the next patch.

Shieldbow, guinsoo and ER looks real strong as a damage build I also think triforce will do great on a bruisery set up Rune has to be PTA or LT

Her gameplan looks like a quick jg clear than gank get a reset kill the minions and destroy turret. Than repeat until the nexus is down

since she has uncapped attack speed something like hail of blades would be pretty good on her for a massive assasination steroid, she'll most likely go lethal tempo because it could complement both her attack speed and extra range while in ult form.

Seeing this, only one thought comes to mind. We don't think our champions have overloaded kits. They "buffed" durability and then this thing has infinite stacks and true dmg. While also having Irelias W on steroids

Sunfire, BOTRK, Rageblade, full tank is my first low elo guess. If the autos apply the sunfire AOE burn each time she'll be doing thousands of DPS just with sunfire. Not to mention if they work with her E..... Honestly think this champ is a mistake. Nasus is an infinite stacker but doing more damage with Q doesn't make him able to catch you. Veigar is an infinite stacker but his Q and W are still shit abilities, they don't scale in size with his stacks. Belveth's only weakness is being squishy (not really with her E and R, but still) but if she builds tank that's negated. Her abilities are very good on their own, she can't get kited easily, and her infinite stacks are always useful and actually scale with all of her abilities so she doesn't even need CDR.

Bel'veth will indeed have a very long period of uncertainty, and we may even see different flavors of Bel'veth mains out there. My take on it is that she will go Kraken, Bloodthirster, Guinsoo as her core items. She will build Death's Dance, Guardian Angel, and Greaves as her default extras. She will build Wit's End and Bork if there are many bruisers and tanks to fight. If there are a lot of squishies, then she will ditch Guinsoo and build full crit with Shieldbow/Galeforce, Stormrazer, Navori Quickblades, Collector, and [RESISTANCE BOOTS] (Bloodthirster would still be in the build).

I don't see how the comm discovering where a champ can be run is ever bad. Or that we decide by limit testing. Riot choosing to accept or not is kind of lame but it is what it is
