Very cool part. I wish we had an opportunity to do parts like that. We have a Mazak FJV35 which is a bridge style machine like yours just smaller. Very accurate but the closest thing we have made is vee die press tooling for our press brakes. Not nice complicated parts like that. I would love to see how the tool changer mechanism works on your machine.

You don't understand the marketing buzzwords you're using. HSM strategies usually involve spindle speeds of over 10k rpm. In this video you see high feed milling tools and strategies. You dont see high speed milling strategies.
