Great review man. I'm new to this whole paintball marker thing. I plan to buy a Milsig M17 as my first marker. You mention that the M17 is first strike ready. Does that mean that you can use both stock paintballs and first strike rounds without changing any mods?
Kyle: 13 bps on mine initially & at time of the review. As the velocity is adjusted you adjust the trigger for the sweet spot and this affects the BPS. I am doing another review now that its been tuned and used a bunch in diff weather in woodsball and indoor CQC
Pierre: yes with no mods/ just as is stock the m17 shoots regulat 68 cal paintballs & firststrike balls. The marker comes with an 18 round mag that can hold either type ball. When you buy extra mags tho you can get standard pball mags or the hybrid mags
yes it does. I find the FSR mags better on regular paint actually, as they are 18 rnd straight mags (the reg mags are curved) and are less prone to feeding issues and dimpling balls
