These are self-drilling taps by Milwaukee. Metric Set part# 48-89-4875 & SAE Set part# 48-89-4874

Alright, I gave boot covers for every tool Milwaukee makes. The 1/4” drive M12 Surge has NO rubber boot as of 5/14/2020.
