In this video I look at Milwaukee’s m18 strimmer.
This is a 18v unit ran by Milwaukee’s m18 platform of batteries.
The head can split from the strimmer like a combi tool, which is great for storage or putting into a boot of a car.

Very similar to the AEG strimmer i use. I took the guard off completely as it kept getting in the way. Battery life is very good. Good review mate👍🏼

I don’t like the bulky guard also battery sticks out a bit, I like it when the battery is more hidden. My Husky pro battery has a much smaller guard which I much prefer. Also I can never understand why a harness is needed on a loop handle tool. Decent review 🙂👍

Yeah it's a great tool and because it uses all the same attachments as the petrol I keep the petrol as a spare.

Shape of it needs some work the way the battery hangs off the back with no protection but good review Greg.

hmm I don't like that gard, whole machine looks a bit domestic... I've got the husqvana, brilliant tool. Best things are the speed control and low down torque which makes it safer to strim in dodgy places near cars, windows with no clutch slipping. Loads of power for most jobs however it struggles to get a metal disc spinning, great once it gets going. Hate petrol strimmers as they make my hands go numb these days . A word of warning to other gardeners, don't use cheap crap tools or your customers domestic machines that vibrate like hell coz you pay for it in the end.
