Really the best OCD/ Anxiety channel that there is. I'm currently coming out of my 3rd relapse and this time I'm working on not just coasting but following all your advices so as to not spiral next time ocd shows up. Thanks Rob and group for such valuable contents. From Sikkim, India.

Rob, thank you - what about those of us who compulsively worked out, worked, and were hyper productive to try to escape the anxiety? Now with health OCD, I swim, walk, and work again. However, some days unforeseen flares change my plans because nerve pain takes the body’s energy and requires more sleep than usual to recover. Do I just accept the flares and exercise and work less those days- because sometimes I push rather than listen to my body’s need to rest. 🙏💕

What if you have actual health problems you ruminate over and have to treat at the same time but you go over and over and over it never stops

It feels almost impossible to white knuckle it if you hate your life normally anyway...
