i know Im a year late but basically its a sorting system that gives a output to the piston to stop extending quick enough for the concrete to fall and the bottom half is like a string of anvil launchers or a pumpkin farm that bounces the block into the water
When the printer stopped working for me, I was like "Why is this not working???". Turns out........ *i used regular pistons for the slime block launcher*

Wow , great design. I actually made the same thing but it's a 3d printer and its very, very slow. Also, the slime block launcher is very smart and I never thought of it. Keep up the great work!!👍👍👍👍👍👍
